The luau was well done. The pre-show experience was top notch, with professional photography and games/tattoo’s to create some fun and learning. The food was excellent, and the open bar offering top shelf liquor was appreciated. The food options were plentiful and the performance of the luau boasted a beautiful story with excellent dancers/performers. The indoor space was beautiful, but a more outdoor/transitional space is what I commonly associate with a luau so that was the only drawback to the whole experience. Overall, the event was really nicely done and the whole family enjoyed.

It’s pricy but totally worth it! Went here for our honeymoon and had a great time. Food and service is great. The dancers and performers are very talented and put on a good show. If you’re staying on the property or nearby it’s totally worth going for the show.

Not sure why people are reporting such horrible experiences lately. We went tonight and had a fabulous time. The food was excellent, service was great and show was spectacular. You can tell a lot of planning goes into this experience and it wasn’t just thrown together overnight. Don’t let the poor reviews keep you from booking this.

Not sure what happen at tonight's show. We didn't get to see the fire knife dance. We only have two female dancers and one waterfall rope dancer. The whole production was not as advertised or pictured from other guests review. Very disappointed at the Luau show tonight.
The buffet food and staff are amazing. But the whole show is so basic. Not like any other Luau program I have seen before. Very disappointed

The rooms were so clean and spacious we couldn't imagine coming back to Maui and staying anywhere else. Had a great beach day and Tim at the beach was very hospitable. Thanks Tim & Ritz Team!

My husband and I enjoyed our experience. It was rather expensive (about $300 each) but it was worth it to do it once. Our server Lucie was great. The food was pretty good & the mango cheesecake was the best dessert imo. The dancers were talented & put on a good show. We weren't crazy about the sing/ dance along parts of the show but that's just not our thing anywhere. It was nice that they had a photographer to take photos of your group. The welcome leis & welcome cocktails were nice. Would reccomend if you're in the area!

Inside event only one fire dancer. Limited cast.
Been to many other better luau. Certainly not worth the $$$. Food was good also not worth $$$. Too much talking by MC. Wished we went to a different event.

After purchasing this experience for my family of 8 (we have six kids), I was a little sick about spending $2k. I was thinking of all the things we could do with that money. Now that we’ve attended, I am SO glad I did it! It was absolutely a wonderful experience. My youngest is 5, my oldest is 15. Each one of them loved the food, atmosphere, music, and performances. Our server, Jason, was so great. We were grateful for the keiki food options as back up- although even our youngest ate from the regular buffet in addition to the kids’ mac and cheese. The food was all delicious, especially the poke! The mango pudding was the best dessert. The narrator for the show was very engaging- I love how he brought so much meaning to the stories performed. I loved learning more about Polynesian and Hawaiian culture. The performers were so talented and enchanting. I loved all the dances, the fire dance was so impressive! And the aerial performance with the silks was spectacular. We booked VIP tickets but I think you’d enjoy the show from anywhere. The fresh flower leis were beautiful and smelled amazing. The grounds are so pretty. We loved the professional photo, and that we didn’t have to pay extra to download it. If you’re on the fence, book it! I looked into all the options and finally settled on this one and I’m so glad I did! We walked away with such warm memories 🌺

Definitely a luau to see! The food was good, only thing I didn’t care for was the pig, little bit on the dry side. Show was great, the story and fire show at the end is amazing! They don’t pack a ton of people in their luau which is really nice.

We loved this experience. A not miss while in Maui! The food was top notch as well as the performances. We loved the storytelling and historical education approach of this show. It really makes audiences feel connected to and reverent of the Hawaiian culture.

Had a nice time, but definitely not worth the price. The food was good, but as others mentioned, the setting felt more like a wedding reception in a pavilion rather than an immersive experience. The performances were enjoyable but underwhelming—I was expecting more. Also... the event ended 30 minutes early, making it feel even less worth the cost.
