Honestly the bakery items here are GREAT but the drinks lately been coming out terrible. I usually spend $40+ on drinks here so I expect it to come out great but now when I go there, my drinks come out tasting weird or they taste like someone just put a bunch of random stuff in a cup.. I know they have new baristas but it doesn’t even taste like they’re trying to make the drinks the right way.
Good coffee—Iced coffee is better done Starbucks. Breads are all good, sweet breads. Cheese & ube/sweet potato bread are my favorite. Cakes ate good too.
it’s a smaller location so selective pastries (don’t expect to see what you’d see at one in town!) but the pastries and cakes are really good :)
the co workers are nice but inconsistent. i regularly frequent here and get my drinks at 75% sugar (they offer 0, 50, 100) of the regular drink, whatever it is. it’s usually not a problem. if the worker says they dont do 75 l, they usually just put half sugar for me but today i saw my ticket said extra sugar?? and i had never seen that on my ticket before and saw the massive smount of sugar in my drink LOL and clarified twice and was looked at as if i was incompetent and lo & behold the drink is sickenly sweet. if i am asking for 75% sugar of the regular drink… i’m under the assumption that it is less than the regular amount (100%) since with that concept would 50% sugar also be “extra sugar” if base line is 100% sugar?
Nice to have another location away from Ala Moana! It's a smaller shop with about half the selection. There's seating consisting of 4 tables for two and 2 tables for 4, tucked away in the side adjacent to Taco Bell.
This is a bakery with cafe. Endless options of pastries. Everything was very tasty. Eat in or take out.
Cute little cafe with great pastries and drinks. Customer service from the girl was amazing! Hard to find young happy smiley customer service especially from girls nowadays.
Only thing I was very upset about was my Med Iced Lychee Green Tea was about 85% Ice and 25% juice.. by the time I hit the Freeway out of Kapolei my drink was goneeee.. most likely it was 10 sips. I was very upset because that drink was very good!!!! I just can’t believe next time I’m going to have to mention “please very very light on the ice”..
Delicious pastries and drinks
I always liked your cafe.
now the last month everything has gone bad.
i order drinks and just throw away money, unfortunately.
i cant drink and pour it all out.
now i ordered green matcha sea salt and it just snapped my patience.
they poured milk without matcha and it is impossible to drink.
such a bad experience with this place, i am very disappointed
Great selection of freshly baked breads. However my three star rating is for the service. I went to get a cup for water and asked the cashier where the water was and they told me to ask the barista. Waited for a while and finally asked the barista and they looked at me confused and said the water should be out there. The barista looked over the counter and realized the water was not there and then agreed to give me some water in a cup. Still no water was brought out by any staff after this interaction. It’s a little odd that they only offer a medium for hot drinks but I ordered one anyway. The drink was cold, it seems the milk was not steamed at all so I waited again close to 10 minutes (with drink in hand) before anyone asked if I needed help, when it was clear something was wrong with my drink. Lots of staff looked at me but didn’t ask if I needed anything they just went on doing other things such as filling ice or walking around talking and ignoring me standing there avoiding eye contact. They seemed to have enough staff to help out but there was only one person making drinks. Finally someone asked me what was wrong with my drink after going to help the person making drinks. The staff seem a little aloof and I think customer service should be retrained to some of the employees here.

I don't understand why have the same pastries as they have in town because they're what they feel people don't want the Honolulu is way better it sucks I live Westside have to go all the way to town to get the pastry I want because some thinks what we want what I'm talking about is the cheese type in the jalapeno ones in particular nfolks knew that say would make a comment but they don't know because they didn't get to see a full lineup of your product. I would definitely go more often if you guys actually had what we want
Kid-friendliness: The portions can be rather small and it's very easy pastries a smaller size for not to be intimidating to a child

One of my favorite pastry shops. Great selection and tasty! They have coffee drinks and some other alternatives. Good parking lot. They have Ube flavors, taro, etc. There is some rotation of flavors. The coconut tart may be small but it's very fluffy and delicious.
Parking: Shares lot with Safeway and other shops but plenty of room.

Very good selection for a small space. It has everything you need from a space like that. The bread is always great. The Black Forest cake we got for my son’s 3rd birthday looks great but the tartness of the cherry like jam was not good at all. It was not a good contrast of sweet and tart. All tart!! But beside that everything was wonderful.

Delicious! Their desserts are not too sweet. And found out there’s no preservatives which makes it even better knowing that health is thought of. Excellent
Lots of fresh pastries and the taste is consistent with the location at Ala Moana. This location is clean and the workers are patient. There was a steady flow of people coming in and leaving so don't be fooled if there's a line--it goes by quickly. There is no seating here so make plans accordingly if you want to inhale everything right away.
You walk in and on the left hand side you'll find clean empty white trays stacked together. Grab a tray and read through the pastries laid out. Make your selections by grabbing from the shelf and adding it to your tray. Once you've made your selections move over to the line area and wait to be called. Once at the counter you can order from the cakes and mousses in the glass display cases next to the counter for check out. You can also purchase drinks here but you pick them up on the counter to the right closest to the doors.
Sidenote: I do think the beverages here are on the sweet side so adjust if you prefer less sweet.
