Great selection of freshly baked breads. However my three star rating is for the service. I went to get a cup for water and asked the cashier where the water was and they told me to ask the barista. Waited for a while and finally asked the barista and they looked at me confused and said the water should be out there. The barista looked over the counter and realized the water was not there and then agreed to give me some water in a cup. Still no water was brought out by any staff after this interaction. It’s a little odd that they only offer a medium for hot drinks but I ordered one anyway. The drink was cold, it seems the milk was not steamed at all so I waited again close to 10 minutes (with drink in hand) before anyone asked if I needed help, when it was clear something was wrong with my drink. Lots of staff looked at me but didn’t ask if I needed anything they just went on doing other things such as filling ice or walking around talking and ignoring me standing there avoiding eye contact. They seemed to have enough staff to help out but there was only one person making drinks. Finally someone asked me what was wrong with my drink after going to help the person making drinks. The staff seem a little aloof and I think customer service should be retrained to some of the employees here.

I don't understand why have the same pastries as they have in town because they're what they feel people don't want the Honolulu is way better it sucks I live Westside have to go all the way to town to get the pastry I want because some thinks what we want what I'm talking about is the cheese type in the jalapeno ones in particular nfolks knew that say would make a comment but they don't know because they didn't get to see a full lineup of your product. I would definitely go more often if you guys actually had what we want

Kid-friendliness: The portions can be rather small and it's very easy pastries a smaller size for not to be intimidating to a child

One of my favorite pastry shops. Great selection and tasty! They have coffee drinks and some other alternatives. Good parking lot. They have Ube flavors, taro, etc. There is some rotation of flavors. The coconut tart may be small but it's very fluffy and delicious.

Parking: Shares lot with Safeway and other shops but plenty of room.

Very good selection for a small space. It has everything you need from a space like that. The bread is always great. The Black Forest cake we got for my son’s 3rd birthday looks great but the tartness of the cherry like jam was not good at all. It was not a good contrast of sweet and tart. All tart!! But beside that everything was wonderful.

Delicious! Their desserts are not too sweet. And found out there’s no preservatives which makes it even better knowing that health is thought of. Excellent

Lots of fresh pastries and the taste is consistent with the location at Ala Moana. This location is clean and the workers are patient. There was a steady flow of people coming in and leaving so don't be fooled if there's a line--it goes by quickly. There is no seating here so make plans accordingly if you want to inhale everything right away.

You walk in and on the left hand side you'll find clean empty white trays stacked together. Grab a tray and read through the pastries laid out. Make your selections by grabbing from the shelf and adding it to your tray. Once you've made your selections move over to the line area and wait to be called. Once at the counter you can order from the cakes and mousses in the glass display cases next to the counter for check out. You can also purchase drinks here but you pick them up on the counter to the right closest to the doors.
Sidenote: I do think the beverages here are on the sweet side so adjust if you prefer less sweet.

Great place, ! However, prices for coffee selection are not listed, pricing will help customers to decide what to order. It’s not normal not to have a restroom especially after enjoying the coffee and pastries on their sit in area where in my opinion it’s necessary. Maybe they can compete with Starbucks if they have a restroom… their pastries are awesome , many assortments, but do not eat a lot that you’ll have to run at Taco Bell next door or Safeway to use the bathroom when needed!!

My husband ordered a dairy free iced coffee for me. Unfortunately they loaded the top with whipped cream!!! Go figure. My husband isn't the type to keep his receipts so his car doesn't get messy, but he called 10 mins after picking it up and spoke to an employee at closing and they said the iced coffee would be credit under his first name. The very next day when I called to place the order, the manager Jessica gave me a hard time and refused to give credit or the drink. Some customer service. Couldn't even tell you if my nearly $7 coffee was any good because I had NONE of it as I'm lactose intolerant. This place will make you pay for their mistakes. I'm a manager myself, and this is not customer service. Period. Don't go here.

A little disappointing because I love their ube bread however it’s not even available to order after 12 PM. It don’t make sense when the store close at 6 PM but their bakery is always almost empty with the reason of “we don’t put up after 2 PM” when management could have at least make a few to make it sellable particularly to pastries that sells the most. Why keep it open when the display has nothing except to the boba drinks when this is not a beverage place alone.
