Closed. Closed. Closed. Their own national website claims this place is open. But closed, due to covid-19. So they say. Applebee's, you owe me $50 in gift card food. Let me know when you come to Hawaii again.

Mango berry swirlarita was too sweet and the wait for our food was long with not that much people dinning in,also felt like the air condition wasn't working???

The food portions are generous and the the place is family friendly. The server was a bit forgetful because he didn't provide us with utensils and we had to ask for water. Once we got it, we then had to ask for refills which is annoying. Overall the food is tasty and the bathrooms were clean. The drinks are good but a little pricey. He didn't mention any specials.

Nachos were very good, buffalo chicken sandwich was so so and wife's burger was good. The waitress and manager were very nice and accommodating with helping get our baby something she may like(brought out pasta w marinara/alfredo on the side).

FYI, Applebee’s has Karaoke nite!!! RIGHT?!? That’s what I sed but go check em out on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm to 1 am or when ever the skinny lady sings. Good vibe and it’s all eating good in the neighborhood...

The bartender “Lisa m” was slower than any server or bartender that I’ve ever experienced in my 38 years on earth. If that wasn’t horrible enough on its own the kitchen took 40 minutes to make me boneless wings $15 for some sad pathetic little boneless wings, what a rip off. I also ordered the quesadilla burger and my big question is why even ask me how I want that cooked when it’s going to come back well done? I ended up asking for a manager I waited 25 minutes still no manager I decided to take my check and go. 3.25$ for a soda water she couldn’t refill so sad. I tipped her 35% because I’m assuming she doesn’t get many other people tipping her.

Have been in here in the past with excellent service. Today, was sadly lacking, however.

I enjoyed karaoke. I didn't enjoy the fact that it took 25 minutes to be seated and there were tables open. They told me they only had 2 servers. Which is crazy because they had an event going on. When I finally got seated it took even longer to get my drinks. They need better staffing.

Love the meal deal but I am in love with Karaoke Night every Friday and Saturday start at 930pm. I don't do it every weekend but enjoy the nights I can go hangout. In good clean fun.

Convenient location at La Makana Alii Mall. Food was very good. The Hostess was quite pleasant & the waitress was very efficient pleasant & helpful. Negatives were: we were told when we walked in there was a 15-20" wait "as they were backed up". After 25" we were seated in a section that was empty except for 1 table. And the Titans & Ravens were playing unbelievably noisey. The waitress told me only when there is a football game on. But TV jumbo screens everywhere which is great for the football fans. Even though we were in an off center section the service was great.

It's Applebee's. Service is always a little slow, but food is consistently fresh and tasty. Additionally my kid will eat their kid's meals so I take it as a win. I only wish we could get the service of Waikiki on the west side.

My first time to eat breakfast here. No one greeted me at the door. Sat myself down and it took awhile for anyone to come to my table. I ordered fried rice and it was extremely salty!! Asked for a side dish of white rice and it tasted like it was a day old. Waitress had a bad attitude from the very beginning. I will never go back to this place!

Great, standard Applebee's. The waiters and waitresses are all very nice and accommodating, answering all my answers in polite manners. The food is good and the drinks are well made. I recommend the Ginger Crown Apple mix drink if your interest is in their large mixed drinks. They also have a standard selection of beers, both tap and glass, as well as a small selection of wines. They also host Friday and Saturday karaoke nights, the nights we've visited on the few occasions we've visited and it seems to be the highlight of the restaurant and does seem to be a fun weekly event. Their location is at the Kapolei Ka Makana Ali'i, which also features other prominent shopping stores, restaurants and other general amenity structures like a hotel and gym and grocery store.

Food was aight. Service was great. I believe his name was mike, made recommendations and was very attentive to our needs.. great job!!!!.

They are extremely slow when it comes to preparing food.. Had a 30+ minutes wait for just two items in an almost empty restaurant
