Aunty and her employees are always so nice and welcoming. As the face of the restaurant, she doesn't disappoint with her constant smile and infectious laughter.

The restaurant has converted to an AYCE menu wich is reasonably priced and they kept their more famous appetizers on the menu as well.

Can't forget to save room for that shaved ice at the end!

We enjoyed our first time experience here! Our family of 10 decided to have our dinner get together. We were there early at 5p and the staff were able to accommodate our party.

Food: This is an AYCE hot pot place. Great selection of meat and high quality as well. The vegetables, noodles and seafood selection is high quality and fresh.

Great selection of broth. From beef, chicken, seafood, tonkutsu and you can customize the spice level. Be warned: Spice Level 1 is FIRE 🔥! The broth is bit the best, may need some work in my opinion.

But what I loved is that you get your individual pot and you can add and customize to your liking.

Atmosphere : Lively and Vibrant but feels relax and homey. I love Aunty who is helping the staff, talking to the customer. She made everyone feels welcomed.

Service: Top Notch! Great attentive service even when they got busier later in the evening. She is a great host, made our evening a wonderful experience. Aunty made the whole restaurant sing Happy Birthday to my sister. And we got a big bowl of shave ice after our meal.

Highly Recommended and we will come back for sure. This place really value customer service.

We got in for the lunch special and the food was great. It was very quiet since we got a late lunch and we were one of the few groups in there. The bar of side dishes was great, the fridge full of extra stuff like noodles, tofu, veggies was also plentiful. To end our meal, the owner gave us dessert on the house! Love this hot pot (and I’m not even a big fan of hot pot in general)

What a gem this place is! Aunty’s is an all you can eat shabu shabu restaurant which serves high quality ingredients. When I went it was $35.99 a person and it includes all you can eat meats, vegetables, seafood, and various appetizers. They don’t have their appetizer menu anymore, so everyone must do the all you can eat. I got the spicy beef brother level 2 which had a good spice to it. You also get a shave ice for the table (which was huge) that comes with guava jelly, boba, and condensed milk.

Aunty was walking around and helping/checking in on all the tables. She is hilarious and definitely brings life to the restaurant!

Very homey feeling of a place to eat. Always go they’re for a good time to relax and enjoy a good meal. It’s a pretty loud atmosphere, but the people on the service is really awesome although it’s pretty loud the most you hear is good laughter, noises, and cheerful people

Having a hot pot after snorkeling is definitely a good choice ??? i like the atmosphere when I came in all staffs are nice just like you are visiting your aunt's home.

We ordered curry and beef pho base, they made by many ingredients makes both more flavorful.
There are many choices of broth and ingredients. You can make your own style hot pot!!

Aunty is very kind and friendly and welcoming. She is such a sweet person and the service is amazing. Ordered a second broth to try out a different one and it was given to us on the house. As we were getting ready to leave, Aunty also offered us shave ice dessert on the house. Definitely would recommend! 10/10! We’ll be back again for sure.

An a la carte hotpot in a shopping plaza. You can pick your favorite soup base from many choices. Today, I tried the chicken garlic soup, and it was good. I only ordered one beef tongue plate today and opted for the veggies and other ingredients from the refrigerators. Each plate was color coded to indicate its price (from $4 - $7). There were also many choices for sauces. Today I tried a couple sauces that I’d never had in a hot pot restaurant, namely the butter garlic (similar to what I would use with a steamed lobster meal) and the ginger onion in oil (which was akin to Hainan Chicken sauce). Both were good, but I still prefer the ponzu sauce. The service was excellent as noted by other reviewers and we actually met the “Aunty”, who warmly greeted us. At the end, we were treated with Taiwanese shaved ice that was as good as those we had when we visited Taiwan in the past. One improvement can be made here is to add more fresh vegetable varieties. This is an excellent choice for hot pots especially if you don’t want to do the all you can eat challenges.

Vegetarian options: This is one place could use some improvement. There weren’t too many varieties of veggies.

Parking: A very strange and large parking lot. I had to drive around it for 5 minutes before finding an exit as the GPS kept telling me to exit on a one way entrance.

Kid-friendliness: We saw kids eating here and enjoying themselves.

The food was great. The experience was fun, cooking around food and choosing what we wanted specifically and the best part was it was ono! We got to take our broth home to make another meal the next day. The service was really friendly and very nice. Aloha Spirit, 100%. Great ohana time.

Came here last night for my birthday, and the service was great! The food was also super good. Aunty will make you feel like you know her personally and is very nice. The staff are also very attentive and sweet. They gave our table a free dish of garlic pepper chicken that was amazing. Also got a giant bowl of shaved ice for the table aswell. They have dishes other than hot pot that were very good. Overall great experience, and was glad to dine here.
