Everything you expect a Baskin Robins to be. It's ice cream shop, in an open-air mall. Minimal inside seating in the shop. There's plenty of seating in the open air court just outside.

First time to this specific location and we were really impressed with the young ladies working the counter here. This location is busy--like REALLY BUSY and the young ladies made it a point to greet everyone coming in; help their customers quickly and efficiently without rushing them; and maintain a pleasant demeanor. We were able to try out all of the samples we wanted and all of our orders were correct.
If you are close to this Baskin Robbins come by for a quick tasty treat. Highly recommend coming here.

Baskin-Robbin has so many different flavors of ice cream to choose from. Lemon sorbet is my favorite and they never disappoint.

Stopped by after getting groceries at Safeway. Overall great experience, nothing too crazy. Sad that they didn't have the Mexican Chocolate Brownie which was constantly being advertised, so I settled for Oreo Cold Brew, so not bad, still delicious.

I'm really happy with the ice cream and service here! It was fantastic to see such great flavors stoll available, and we definitely enjoyed the coffee and chocolate mousse flavors! The service was great, and would highly recommend this location. There was plenty of parking nearby!

It’s a shame to employee such hard working nice people only to send in a “manger” to collect the cash and turn a usually friendly atmosphere to an awkward at best as this random manager that’s dressed in pajamas (since when do managers not even care enough about themselves to at least look presentable as you bark orders at your employees and customers. I’m sure the uniform Tshirts saying baskin ribbons but some sort of dress code for managers so they don’t look like someone that just crawled at of bed and nothing about them said manager except the cash grabbing and barking orders. Come on BR you can do better than this to represent. What a sad display today not that she seemed like she was going to be there long and certainly wasn’t assisting her crew. I know times are tough to find good help but they are out there with experience and without the title going to their head

Trash customer service. It's 945 and they close at 10 but they stop serving any item that has to do with a drink/blended because their cleaning up. If you are open you should still serve your items on the menu and not be selfish thinking about getting off on time. Your open until 10 and should serve until then.

Milkshakes and ice cream. I will say its somehow more expensive for the same products at this location than it is at the Ka Manana Ali location. Strange. Friendly staff. Clean store

This BR is in the Kapolei Marketplace. Ordered an oreo ice cream white cake with my daughter’s photo on it for her birthday. She was delighted and surprised plus the cake was delicious. Misha took my phone order and was friendly, patient and very helpful. I would totally recommend this BR.

Picked a birthday cake for my 13 year old niece. They were very helpful in assisting in making sure to get the right size ice cream Birthday cake.

I love going to Baskin-Robbins, ice cream is one of my favorite to have on a hot day. Workers was friendly and fast. ??

I went into the Baskin Robins Kapolei store on 11 August at 2pm to order a memory cake for my husband’s birthday. I asked for a round cake large enough for 4 people, chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream and red icing for edging to contrast with the picture. I asked for 4pm pickup on 12 August and emailed the picture to the directed email by clerk while at counter. The next day I arrived around 4:30pm and was informed my cake wouldn’t be ready until 5-6pm. Then I was informed the pictures don’t get printed at Baskin Robins but at a different store down the street. I waited and still the cake wasn’t ready. I asked how much longer and was then informed the store never received the picture. I showed proof from my email with time date stamp so the clerk called to check and the store claims photo was in spam folder. I asked for a refund. Clerk insisted it would not be much longer. I received the cake and you can tell for yourselves from the picture attached that my surprise to my husband was ruined by poor customer service, translation of information between stores, and poor listening skills with the customer (me), and just rushing the entire order.
