I come to this location very often and am typically happy with customer service and how I am treated, but last time I went this guy with curly black hair and I think with glasses was asking me questions about myself and hinting that he wanted me which made me uncomfortable. NOT TO MENTION the whole time he was making my drink he was dancing to music that he had blasting on the Bluetooth speaker, I wouldn't give this place a 1 star I'd give that employee a no star fire him for everyone's sake because he might try to hit you up next stay safe girlies 😊

The workers were all very lovely kind people that served me with nothing but big smiles, however this one male worker with long-ish curly hair was absolutely rude and unkind. The other employees was busy handing other costumers but him, he was too busy dancing like this was some sort of club. I stood there in disgust as he continued to blast EDM music tapping away not even acknowledging me. When he finally noticed me he didn’t say hello and just looked me up and down and said, “what flavor you want?” I just asked for a keiki scoop of triple mango, paid then left. Overall the curly haired boy is rude and needs a discipline immediately. Period.

One of my all time favorite places to get a sweet treat!! Enjoyed this location and the ladies who took care of us. : ) We'll be back!

Clean but no malt in VERY expensive milkshakes...way better value next door at shimazu's shaved ice

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service was horrible, its as if I was invisible. I had been standing inside patiently waiting my turn, then a family of four walks in. While I'm waiting for the previous customer to finish, some other guy walks out directly to the family and helps them before me. Again, it was like I was invisible. Then to top it off the guy threw away my receipt. I will not waste anymore of my time or spend my money and this establishment ever again.

Everything you expect a Baskin Robins to be. It's ice cream shop, in an open-air mall. Minimal inside seating in the shop. There's plenty of seating in the open air court just outside.

First time to this specific location and we were really impressed with the young ladies working the counter here. This location is busy--like REALLY BUSY and the young ladies made it a point to greet everyone coming in; help their customers quickly and efficiently without rushing them; and maintain a pleasant demeanor. We were able to try out all of the samples we wanted and all of our orders were correct.
If you are close to this Baskin Robbins come by for a quick tasty treat. Highly recommend coming here.

Baskin-Robbin has so many different flavors of ice cream to choose from. Lemon sorbet is my favorite and they never disappoint.

Stopped by after getting groceries at Safeway. Overall great experience, nothing too crazy. Sad that they didn't have the Mexican Chocolate Brownie which was constantly being advertised, so I settled for Oreo Cold Brew, so not bad, still delicious.

I'm really happy with the ice cream and service here! It was fantastic to see such great flavors stoll available, and we definitely enjoyed the coffee and chocolate mousse flavors! The service was great, and would highly recommend this location. There was plenty of parking nearby!

It’s a shame to employee such hard working nice people only to send in a “manger” to collect the cash and turn a usually friendly atmosphere to an awkward at best as this random manager that’s dressed in pajamas (since when do managers not even care enough about themselves to at least look presentable as you bark orders at your employees and customers. I’m sure the uniform Tshirts saying baskin ribbons but some sort of dress code for managers so they don’t look like someone that just crawled at of bed and nothing about them said manager except the cash grabbing and barking orders. Come on BR you can do better than this to represent. What a sad display today not that she seemed like she was going to be there long and certainly wasn’t assisting her crew. I know times are tough to find good help but they are out there with experience and without the title going to their head

Trash customer service. It's 945 and they close at 10 but they stop serving any item that has to do with a drink/blended because their cleaning up. If you are open you should still serve your items on the menu and not be selfish thinking about getting off on time. Your open until 10 and should serve until then.
