Stopped by after getting groceries at Safeway. Overall great experience, nothing too crazy. Sad that they didn't have the Mexican Chocolate Brownie which was constantly being advertised, so I settled for Oreo Cold Brew, so not bad, still delicious.

I'm really happy with the ice cream and service here! It was fantastic to see such great flavors stoll available, and we definitely enjoyed the coffee and chocolate mousse flavors! The service was great, and would highly recommend this location. There was plenty of parking nearby!

It’s a shame to employee such hard working nice people only to send in a “manger” to collect the cash and turn a usually friendly atmosphere to an awkward at best as this random manager that’s dressed in pajamas (since when do managers not even care enough about themselves to at least look presentable as you bark orders at your employees and customers. I’m sure the uniform Tshirts saying baskin ribbons but some sort of dress code for managers so they don’t look like someone that just crawled at of bed and nothing about them said manager except the cash grabbing and barking orders. Come on BR you can do better than this to represent. What a sad display today not that she seemed like she was going to be there long and certainly wasn’t assisting her crew. I know times are tough to find good help but they are out there with experience and without the title going to their head

Trash customer service. It's 945 and they close at 10 but they stop serving any item that has to do with a drink/blended because their cleaning up. If you are open you should still serve your items on the menu and not be selfish thinking about getting off on time. Your open until 10 and should serve until then.

First time to this specific location and we were really impressed with the young ladies working the counter here. This location is busy--like REALLY BUSY and the young ladies made it a point to greet everyone coming in; help their customers quickly and efficiently without rushing them; and maintain a pleasant demeanor. We were able to try out all of the samples we wanted and all of our orders were correct.If you are close to this Baskin Robbins come by for a quick tasty treat. Highly recommend coming here.

I visited Baskin-Robbins craving Jamoca Almond Fudge, but I left disappointed due to a mix-up with my order (got the plain Jamoca instead--I wanted the nuts!). I ordered two scoops, one for me and one for my husband, but we didn't realize it until we left. Adding to the disappointment was the slow and unenthusiastic customer service. We weren't greeted promptly upon entering, and one of the workers didn't even look up from their tasks.Coffee lovers: if you like coffee flavored ice cream, you have to try the Jamoca!

I went in for a cake with my boyfriend and we asked Shelley if he could write b+n with hearts on it, he doubted himself at first because he was worried there wouldn't be enough space but he did fabulous!!!! Absolute killer with pipe let me tell you, we were expecting some messy last minute letters on it but when i saw it i got back into my car and started playing Pipe Down by Drake in honor of his piping skills because he KILLED IT! If i ever start a cake business im going back and stealing Shelley from Baskin Robbins. Shelley if you see this i hope you sleep good at night knowing ur better than Picasso ever was.

Great drink but I paid more than $9, including tip, for a medium and I got a drink with more than 1 inch of nothing at the top. Person said that's how they make it because they have to leave room for whip cream. I told her that's what you have dome lids for and that I have never received a cup only 3/4 full from this Baskin Robbins before.

Their cones were stale! And as we were enjoying our ice cream, we noticed that the workers do not wash their hands, use the same dirty rag for all of their surfaces and they touch money and then touch ice cream right after. They were also touching their hair too. Please review sanitary protocols with the workers. Mahalo.

This BR is in the Kapolei Marketplace. Ordered an oreo ice cream white cake with my daughter’s photo on it for her birthday. She was delighted and surprised plus the cake was delicious. Misha took my phone order and was friendly, patient and very helpful. I would totally recommend this BR.

Yummm! Try the Flavor of the Month- Churro Dulce de Leche! My go-to flavor is Pralines & Cream but, I love Churros and Dulce de Leche!So I had to try it and it did not disappoint Fantastic treat for a Friday night! I'm glad there wasn't a long line, like there usually is. Employees are fabulous, too!very friendly, patient , and professional!!
