Mililani baskin robbin has terrible customer service and bad quality shakes but this store is the opposite... extremely nice even tho it's busy and made the best shake
Bad customer service. I was waiting in line- the staff already saw me waiting, but didn't even acknowledge me, instead they helped 2 customers that came after me.

My wife and I along with a friend of ours visited your store on 2/13 and had the privilege of being served by Kaikane. He has ann anmazing attitude, a great and welcoming smile, and provided the best possible service. We live in Mililani, but would visit again if we knew for certain that we would have Kaikane helping us. Oh, the ice cream was awesome too!.

The kids working here are so patient and polite. We super appreciated their help in getting our orders out. The place was clean and the a/c was on blast--very refreshing on a hot afternoon.
Has always a long line but it’s ok. Service is good. Ice cream is always spot on. Milkshakes are done right.

Careful with being overcharged for something you didn’t order. Save yourself some money and get the kids size instead of the single because they are the same size
The ice cream products are very good as expected. Recommend.
Overcharge and don’t tell you
I came in today to have a some good refresher, as we walk in lady, we were helped and greeted properly which is good but as soon that we ordered the 2 scoops cost $6 something, lady ask me if wanna put in a separate cup, I said yes, which in my mind it’s still going cost us the 2 scoop but no still charged us 2 single scoop, why is that I want the 2 scoop but separate cup, if u can’t do that, tell us or at least give the receipt
