Definitely did not feel papmered during my visit (a spa day that included massage, pedi/mani and hair). I had to remind them of what was included in my package. The hair area consisted of a closet that was clutter and dirty. The chick then tells me she doesn't have enough dye to do my hair. Worst experience ever.

Can't reach the only decent stylist there... RUDE person answered the phone and refused to take appt or give me number of my stylist. Will DEFINITELY Not be going back there.

I treated myself to a massage and Ms Chanel channeled her energy to a deep massage that I requested. Felt relaxed and could take on any feat to do after the Therapeutic service and hot tea after. I believe the fabulous massage opened my mind, my heart and my body to all possibilities and options available for me for an issue that I was thinking of prior to my salon appointment. Try it- You will like it-

My experience at this "spa" was far less than relaxing. I had a manicure & pedicure in a hole in the wall size room that At some point in time was probably a closet. There's no dos like chairs to sit in just a regular hard wooden chair with a cushion. The bowl you put your feet in is a stone bowl??? stone bowls quickly turn the water COLD!
The only good thing was the nail color selection and the girl who did my nails was nice.

I booked a couple massage for 90 mins for me and my best friend for her birthday. When we arrived it was so crowded for the acai bowl side but we sat and waited. One it was our appointment time I looked for someone behind the curtain and was told they would be right with us. Everyone there was very nice. I tried to upgrade our package but was told I couldn't because Sundays is appt only which I completely understand. Once we were in the room which by the way shares a wall with the acai bowl people they are subleasing to all we could hear is banging and chopping and yelling out order names it was completely distracting. The two older ladies were very nice and tried their best but I kept asking for more pressure and I think she was going as hard as she could but in the end we left feeling like we got moisturized but not massaged. It was really a complete disappointment. The ladies were again very nice and offered us water when we were done but honestly it wasnt relaxing and we both really didn't have a good time we left unhappy. Also they had the music up loud which still didn't cover all the banging and yelling on the other side. I think they shouldn't use that room for massage as it is so close to the area that is so loud
Best eyelashes I have ever had. I will not have my eyelashes done anywhere else. Once you find the best you stick with it. The staff make you feel like friends.

$100 for three services?! Wow, what a fantastic price for 30 minute massage, facial, & pedi. Got in at 10:00, out @ 2:00-some waiting involved. Music playing was too loud-everyone nice!
