Nice little ice cream shop in Ko Olina with unique and delicious flavors! Appreciated that they offered samples as some shops don't do this anymore. We had the cookie dough and mochi, which were both great. Both staff members were very nice and helpful. Pretty busy around 815 just before they closed. No seating inside, but there were some tables outside.

Blacksheep Ice Cream is truly a slice of paradise! The best ice cream I’ve ever had — so good that I couldn’t resist taking a photo before it melted! Worth every scoop!
Wretched tasting ice cream only partially frozen. Tried multiple flavors. Beware cookies and cream is black charcoal-colored and stains everything it touches including teeth and clothing if you have kids. Store front is in poor shape as well. Get ice-cream elsewhere. Even ABC store next door is better quality.

Ko Olina shop. WORST EVER. Lovely resort complex with limited number of shops. All my nearly crippled Mom wanted is chocolate ice cream. Thursday- out of chocolate, should have some this weekend. Saturday late afternoon. No chocolate, not sure when we will have any because deliveries are random. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR SHOP. A ridiculous way to run a business and upset people trying to indulge on vacation

Great ice cream. Great service. Others complained of service or not being able to see the options or limited flavors. First, how the ice cream looks has nothing to do with flavor. Both employees were nice and friendly. As for the selection it was plenty and I believe the fewer the options means more care is taken making what is there as it's all hand made.

Great stop after catching a quick lunch at a neighboring establishment. Ice cream was great. Staff friendly. And the location is clean. Stop by and get a cup or cone.
I went here with my eight-year-old son just now. It was 8:45 PM on Saturday night and they were closing at 9 PM. We were very confused about what flavors were available as there were only four flavors displayed on the wall and the description is confusing. I asked for clarification and the young girl working there was extremely rude and said with attitude 'Those are the flavors'. She continued to stand there staring at us in annoyance, waiting for us to order something . Then she tells us it is almost closing time so we''re limited on options and sold out, again with attitude like she was annoyed with us being there right before closing. To me it seemed like that had already started putting ice cream away for the night and cleaning up, not because they were 'sold out's I’m not a Karen and I never complain but she was completely rude for no reason. My 8 year old just wanted some ice cream. Mahalo.

You can never get a waffle cone or any other than 3/4 flavors I mean they clean th waffle maker at 3 pm and they closed at 9pm who does that oh and the respond is we already cleaned it like for real your job ain’t that hard

A bit pricey for icecream.. But it is Koolina. I got the honycomb vanilla and it was great (Honey goes great in icecream btw) and my wife got the coffee.. She liked it too. Single scoops were around $5

This is my favorite ice cream on Oahu! They have bespoke flavors that change every time I visit- NOT plain vanilla/chocolate/strawberry, so go to Foodland if your taste buds are that limited.
They do work on island time and aren’t always open during business hours.
