Really good food and great atmosphere. Only issue is pizza little pricey. Don’t get me wrong, great quality taste and everything but just a tad high. Would definitely eat there again.

I had an amazing experience at Brick Oven Pizza in Kapolei, Hawaii! The pepperoni and pineapple pizza was a perfect blend of savory and sweet, with a deliciously crispy crust and just the right amount of toppings. I also couldn’t get enough of their garlic fries—crispy, golden, and loaded with flavor. The service was friendly and fast, making it a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
We’ve been coming to Kapolei Brick Oven pizza since they opened in 2008 and it only seems to be getting better. Thank you Trey and family for a consistently great pizza and food experience. It has always been a welcoming environment for us and a great respite with excellent drinks. Thank you for your diligent work and attention to the customers. Still one of our all-time favorite pizzas. We normally get a pepperoni and black olive with butter-garlic crust. An order of wings and salad are also regular items. I’ve had the meatball sandwich which is fantastic. When you’re craving this type of food we always come back to Kapolei Brick Oven Pizza. Mahalo

I visit the Brick Oven location on Kauai every year. I was very excited when I found they had a location in Kapolei. I ordered the large pizza with Italian sausage and bell peppers and the garlic butter brushed crust. I loved their wheat dough and sad they got rid of it.

Pizza is soooo floppy. It tastes good, but for a brick oven I’d expect a slice I can actually hold. Pasta was delicious. Service was okay, brought out our entire order of appetizers and entrees all at once, which sucked because all the apps were luke warm from waiting on the entree. They have much room for improvement, overpriced, but decent if you’re local to Kapolei.
