Stumbled on this place because I wanted pizza from a place that wasn’t a large chain establishment. It didn’t disappoint. Good beer on tap and good pizza with a couple of other options. I’ve had their super a couple times and just recently the bbq chicken pizza. They’re heavy pizzas so something to consider when choosing size.

Very expensive pizza, and it tastes good, though.

Went on 10 FEB for lunch with a large party mixed with kids and adults alike. The first "issue" was a lack of a physical menu. Looking at other reviews, the answer from owner/management is it is a COVID precaution. Looking further, you can see they used to have physical menus that are laminated, which are easily and quickly sanitized. Arrangement of tables do not support COVID precautions.Second "issue" is the quality of their crust. The crust is thin but tough and chewy. It does not support itself when lifted to eat it as a slice so everyone was using their forks to cut their pizza.Third "issue" is there were no knives and the provided silverware was the kind that you find left behind and discarded in community kitchens in dorm rooms or barracks. Ultra thin metal that hurts your fingers when trying to cut a piece off.4th "issue" was attention to detail by the bartender when making mojitos. By lack of attention to detail, I mean there were several mint leaves included in the drink that were black from rot. You don't have to throw the whole sprig away, just pinch off the bad leaf. The pizzas we had were ok pizzas with regards to flavor, but the texture of the crust is off. Surprisingly, the star of the show was the calamari. We all enjoyed the calamari. The crust was flavorful, crispy and the texture of the squid was perfect.

Typical, loud, local pizza joint with decent take out service. The lady who took my order was nice and attentive. The pizza took a little longer than I would normally expect to wait (nearly 30 minutes). It was tasty, but the crust wasn't up to my standards. It was more like the texture of a pretzel than what I'm used to with proper pizza dough. It was good in a pinch, but for the price and wait, you'd be better off going somewhere else.

Visiting Hawaii for the first time. Craving pizza. Employee at the Marriott Ko Olina said you need to go to Brick Oven. Device very friendly. Got the Ultimeat. My wife said it was the best pizza she’d ever had. Was delicious.

We got wings and a large meat pizza, they absolutely nailed it. Their wings are huge and so is the large pizza. They had a size example plates on the wall but the large one we got looked so much bigger. Service was nice and friendly, we took it to go but the restaurant was pretty nice.

We surprised our mother for her birthday, and this place was perfect for our gathering! The staff was incredibly friendly and made everything easy. We ordered the Superman and Paniolo 2 topping package, and it was more than enough to feed 30 people. The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for your next event!

Nice little spot in Kapolei, my son was craving pizza so this was the spot.Came in got sat down right away, service was ok. I’d admit it we were pretty much the only people in there, but service was good.Pizza was delicious, you can tell that this was hand made and honestly I could have ate the whole small by myself ?.I would definitely come back again especially during a Sunday, football+pizza=winner.

Took my family there with 4 kids to eat. Specialty veggie pizza and margarita were especially flavorful. The server was attentive and kind. It was very loud and had a lot of TVs with sports on. My kids had a hard time with all the noise and hollering from sports fans. Great place to eat and watch sports, but not great for family time to talk.Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza, pasta, sandwich.

By far the best pizza I’ve had in a minute, the service was phenomenal! We had about 4 women working as fast as they can during busy hours, they were quick and extremely respectful! I have to say, the artichoke dip is phenomenal, it comes loaded on Garlic Bread already buttered and ready to go! The pizza was not greasy, not too bland nor too flavorful, I would say it was made perfectly with aloha!
