$40 for 2 medium meals They couldn’t even refill my cup with ice water. I think the only reason they still have customers is because people don’t pay attention to how much they spend or because they don’t want to be embarrassed by backing out of the drive thru

The food was great and the value deal was a winner for me and my family. When we arrived, we wanted to go through the drive thru???but the girl on the intercom told us to ✋️ wait and she's tend to our order request momentarily? We'll we waited for almost 10 minutes with no response. So we decided to drive around and see if we can get our meal inside 🤔. While driving around, I noticed 2 cars still waiting at the drive thru window still 🙃 😅 waiting? So explanation was given with the backlog

I love Burger King when it comes to calling the store to make a complaint they never answer. How many time I would call no one would answer their phone. I don't visit the restaurant much since is a bit far from my home. Just making a complaint to let them know i miss an item that I order. Just I have to walk in the make the complaint.
