I have been a customer of Chik-fil-a since it has opened on the mainland and have been to many locations. This one was probably the slowest location I have been to. It wasn't due to a large number of customers either as I have been to other locations with far more customers that got me thru the line faster. I found it odd that there was a lane specifically for online orders. While I was waiting I saw maybe 2 cars go into that lane. It otherwise remained empty while everyone else was in the other lane going thru the drive thru. It seems like if both lanes were used for drive thru orders this would allieviate this problem.
Otherwise, food was good as expected and the folks taking the orders were nice as always. Just looks like this place could be way more efficient then it is.

Anyhow, great service, chicken sandwich was ono, waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce always enjoyable. I dined in; when I was there it was a nice and chill atmosphere. For generally being younger, workers are pleasant and polite.

This is our first time at Chick-fil-A (we bought a chicken sandwich and fries in Ala Moana, it was really bad) We ordered the club on Pretzel bun, it was really good, chicken wasn't hot, but it was much better than expected. It was the first time I saw something on TV, that looked and tasted as good as advertised. The mac and cheese was good, but a bit pricey. The best thing about our visit was the service from all the servers but especially Ky. He made our first visit special, asked about the sauces. I told him that we didn't try any. He brought out different one for us to sample. Ty had made our visit special and made my family regular customers. Mahalo Ty!

Pretty happy with the service here. Staff are super nice, especially this person named Lakan (?) who took my order and was very cordial. Food is good. Sunjoy very yummy. I am happy you can get refills. Restaurant is also very clean. There’s always been staff going around tending to the tables when I come in.
“We had a very nice time coming to chick-fil-a. And I love the food a lot. Very much,” said my 8-year old.
For those complaining about prices and it being busy, it’s a fast food place. It’s expected, especially if you coming in here for dinner after work.

Apparently you don’t care about what the customer wants. I don’t want undercooked French fries. I was told this location won’t adjust for specific customers recommendations. I won’t be back!!!
