Ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo from here with a Large Diet Lemonade and tea. I really would come back here just for the drink too. Really Love the food from here and my Mom loves the waffle fries from here and she loves the lemonade from here. It is located across Ka Makana Ali'i mall in Kapolei. Best to enter on North South Road into CVS Long's Parking lot. They have workers outside to take your orders. The workers bring out your orders to you once it's ready as you wait in line. We will defiantly return cause Momma's already craving the waffle fries. I'm craving the Large Diet Lemonade and Iced tea.

First time coming since the kapolei location opened. Went through the drive through because lines were short. There were about 7 cars in the left lane and 3 cars in the right lane. Went into the right lane and all those cars in the left lane already passed plus I'd say at least 10 other cars that came after me who passed in the left lane. Some cars of which looks like a manager let cross over from the right lane. Cars in front of me finally got to order so I pull up and the girl who is taking orders in the right lane passes me. So I'm sitting here waiting for my order to be taken while she is already about 4 cars down behind me tending their order. Still no one comes to take my order so I had to actually yell "excuse me" to the guy Brandon who was in the left lane to ask if anyone was going tot she my order. Brandon then tells me not to worry I'll get my order before everyone behind me. But the workers are all walking out to give the orders to those all behind me. Very terrible if you ask me.

Drive-thru is efficient taking orders when busy. After a few minutes waiting to pick up window (6 cars in front) , your food is on assembly being bagged. Window asks for order name then grabs order. You get watery soda , soggy french fries cuz they stack it in the bag without logistically placing the fries on top, with napkins stuffed covering fries and close it up from steam ventilation. Unacceptable, no care in how food gets delivered to the drive thru customer. Eat inside if you are able. Thumbs DOWN!

Honestly the food is great and I really want to give this location a 4/5, but low ratings are going to make a change. The traffic and drive-thru line management is horrible. Once the line touches the intersection into the shopping center it becomes a free for all which tells me management does not know how to prioritize workflow efficiency and division of labor. Spencer Goo do something about this situation because it’s causing friction and unsafe conditions before your customers get to even enjoy their meal.

So, the food is 5 stars for fast food not necessarily all food. I've been waiting a long time for them to finally come to Hawaii. Since they only do a few things, they do them very well. For my preferred taste, this is not my "go to" for a chicken sandwich. They do a good chicken sandwich here:crunchy, juicy, etc but I just prefer another fast food place. I do, however, really love their grilled chicken. They have the best grilled chicken sandwich in my opinion.due to the chicken's flavorfulness.The service here is what I expect from a chikfila, but maybe just a little different since we're in Hawaii.... That southern Bible belt cheerfulness is missing and replaced with a more laid back sense of aloha.This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants that I've been in. I watched how meticulous they clean up after each person.
The place is very and organized and of course the furnitures are new . The drive up is very easy as usual but we decided for dine. The crew are nice and able to get our orders very quick. The sandwiches and kids nuggets were really fresh. The guy was nice to give good amount of sauce. The only think the dinning table are not clean glad to have my own wipes and clean . Though other than that my kids enjoyed their orders. Not bad at all.

Went to the Kapolei location about 2 hours before closing, and both inside line and drive thru were super long. After I ordered, I waited about 20-25 mins until I got my food. But that wait didn't feel long or depressing due to the positive and welcoming attitude from the employees. I'd say the attitude helped the customers from getting impatient and/or upset. Shout out to Sophie, the night shift leader. She serves with Aloha, a great example for her team.

To be honest ..they started off great. Now i dread this drive thru. Takes way too long and they don’t prioritize the small orders like ice cream cones or fast stuff..i was sitting for 30 minutes on the drive thru waiting for three ice cream cones . And when i get to the window i saw a guy ewting an ice cream cone hiding while laughing with two other workers. It wouldn’t be annoying if the line was moving at a good pace but management is lacking for sure. Kids are running the place

My husband refers to the workers at Chick-fil-A as "Angels" due to their excellent service. We have never had a bad experience with them and they always get our order right. I tend to have a complicated order, as I like to substitute pepper jack cheese for Colby and add extra lettuce. However, they always accommodate my requests without any issues. One thing to note is that the spicy chicken sandwich is quite spicy, so it's not recommended for those who can't handle spicy food. Personally, I love it and it always hits the spot. We recently ordered from the drive-thru and were amazed at how fast the service was. We placed our order at 7:56 pm and received our food at 8:03 pm. There were around 20 cars in the drive-thru, so we were impressed with their efficiency. We have also dined in a few times and have never had any complaints. They take our order, give us a number, and bring our food to us. They even walk around and offer refills. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and spacious, with plenty of seating options. The booths are clean and comfortable as well. As a mother, I appreciate it when people are kind to my children. The workers at this Chick-fil-A have always been friendly with my son and have gone above and beyond to ensure that he has everything he needs. One time, he even received a book from one of the workers. We have also had breakfast here a few times and have always been satisfied with the quality of food and service. Overall, we will continue to be loyal customers of Child fil A.

I went when they were open for about 2 weeks. There had to have been 25-30 cars in the drive thru and like 20 people ordering inside. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I've waited 20/30 minutes at McDonald's when there's like 2 cars in the drive thru and a couple people inside.

This review is based solely on their mobile ordering system, I placed a mobile order for a 30 count nugget. Nothing else. I go inside to pick up; I’m waiting at the pickup counter and an employee tells me I have to go to the register to notify them I am here.. weird considering I checked in on the app that I arrived before I went in. So I wait in line, notify the cashier to which she tells me, I’m already checked in and they’re working on it; and she doesn’t know why they told me to come to the counter. 25 minutes later, still waiting
