I ordered through DoorDash, the big mouth bites. The description, “4 mini burgers with bacon, American cheese, sauteed onions, house-made ranch.” My side was garlic mushrooms, and silly me, I thought they would be on the side. I get my order delivered, and I open up the box and there are four overcooked burgers with a few mushrooms on them and bacon bits. What a rip off!

I went back in May and our service was terrible. I had friends in town and I was embarrassed of the service given by another local, no aloha spirit. Nonetheless we still love chilis but I would prefer the Kahala location if I get the chance.

Our entire group commented on how refreshingly large the portions were. Fajitas, wraps, salad. All surprisingly tasty and large. Good enough that we went twice in a week.

Ordered a Heinekin 0. Sorry no more. Ordered Dry Rub ribs. Sorry we do do Dry Rub no more. Ordered corn on the cob again Sorry we took it off the menu. I'm sorry bad for business. Had to get chicken fingers. Should have went to Canes.

We came tonight (family of 6) and we were told that the wait for the table would be around an hour long. We actually got in half an hour earlier than expected, so kudos to all the staff that got us in quicker. We were served by Quinten, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He really made our night with his exceptional service. Super attentive, accommodating, polite, quick and overall superb service from Quinten. The food was delicious (as always), and the atmosphere at Chili's always gives a tremendous vibe. This place is great for a family outing, a date night, or even a small dinner with a few friends. Despite having a busy night AND having a trainee, Quinten made sure we had everything we needed, and then some. Quinten went above and beyond for us tonight, and his hard work should not go unnoticed. He was on top of his game, and sincerely some of the best service we've ever received at a restaurant. He was a pleasure, and next time we visit, we sure do hope we see him again. 10/10, highly recommended! Shout out to ALL the fantastic staff at this location!

Been to a lot of Chilli's, and this is one of the nicest ones. Beautiful atmosphere and a bit different menu.
Went to chili's for dinner and asked to be seated outdoors. They forgot and proceeded to seat us indoors, we kindly reminded them if we could be seated outdoors, and 10 minutes later we were seated outdoors. Our waitress took our orders and got them wrong. They brought out the tripple dipper like we had asked but brought out the wrong appetizers on it. We didn't even bring it up and just proceeded to eat the food. I asked one question about the margaritas and the waitress was clearly expressing frustration and agitation on her face, and the I ordered a strawberry margarita. The waitress kept coming back saying the bartender was getting lots of orders so it was taking longer than usual. 45 minutes later she brings me a frozen strawberry with ice cubes on top (telling me they didn't blend it all the way) however the lower 70% of the margarita was melted like it had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. And the margarita was flooded with salt. Not lemon juice, Salt. Like if the bartender was pouring granulated salt into the cup at the same time they were pouring the margarita. Worst margarita ive had in my life. If I could rate them zero stars that would still be generous based off of the service and how we were treated. After all that the waitress gave us our bills and stormed off before we could give her our cards. 30 minutes later we got so tired of waiting we got up to pay. We did nothing to deserve this kind of mistreatment especially at a place that we frequently eat at. Not sure how long this waitress has been working there but it is definitely corporate should be looking into because that waitress is representing Chili's very poorly and unprofessionally. Not sure if I will be returning to this location unless action is taken against this person. Very disappointing and upsetting night, so much so that I took time out of my night to write this thorough and in depth review.

Melissa bartender was the life of the stay, professional, funny at every serving. Glad I stopped in for a BBQ brisket burger. Great taste could have used more brisket for 21.00 usd
