Well first of all it was absolutely amazing. Felt like I was being held in the womb of Mother Earth. There’s something about the energy of this place that made me laugh with tears streaming down of pure joy. I imagined that I was a king of the castle as I rapidly switched between my honey crisp chicken fingers, my beer and my slider. They say chilis isn’t for the faint of the heart, and I conquer this statement, as it takes one ravenous, gluttonous half animal, half human to take on a place as glorious as this.

Server was great. Very crowded but set us down right away. Supplied us with beverage and food orders. Food was typically good. But cold sitting too long on the shelf. Granted kitchen was very busy with Valentine Day. Other than that did not walk away displeased. Server did his best to make us comfortable and satisfied.. under the overwhelming clientele on this holiday. Even though they let us cut in line at the bar and serve this right away.

Okay i must say the kapolei chilis is where its at i frequent this location alot my ideal date night would be here because of the options they have as far as variety. The prices are decent and the staff are always on it. They did improve alot and sometimes the managers come out and check in on us which i appreciate because it just goes to show that management is apart of the team and is present on the floor.

So we order 2 smokehouse combos one ultimate & one regular.. First off called for take-out & the lady on the phone super rude on the phone with my other half but when I get on the phone she switched up her tone & was more respectful. Then my other half went to pick up the order & walked in the door & ask where the take out area is & the lady goes “ idk why people keep coming this way this isn’t the take-out area it’s that way “ now he goes to pick up the order waiting 40 min later from when we called finally gets it & asked if the ranch & everything was good to go & another lady goes everything’s in there if you want you can check it (with an attitude & confident) he looks inside the toast for both combos wasn’t in there he kindly let her know & “oh” walks away gets it … maybe more better customer service
