Went with husband's grandkids since school was out for Verterans' Day. It got pretty busy since kids were out, and guessing since Pearl City location closed. Great way to let kids have fun, but did need to wait for some of the games. Kids played again and again.

Amazing staff and good food! It’s worth paying the $50 for unlimited rides for 1 whole hour! I got the large salad plate, you can put as much as you want on the plate, but you can only do it once. The wings were really good too. I like the fact that Chucky was walking around and just greeting the children. The pizza the cheese pizza was amazing. They have a little playground inside and I think that is new and the decorations all around was Halloween theme and it was cute overall I think if you’re coming here, you should at least save up $250-$300 for a family of 4 to 5 people And also when you enter they take your photo just to hold all your guests accountable for each kid because when you leave, they make sure that you show them the exact same picture and they count everyone that came with you leave the door with you as well which is a pretty good safe system.

Chucky Cheese a place where security of the children is inportant to all. Great fun, playtime, see it in our G Reis Boys’ faces and expressions. Celebrating 2 of the G Kidz birthdays with a cake purchase and Chucky Cheese was over the top with the singing and entertainment. Highly recommend this happy place for people of all ages that bring in Children/Ohana… Together… Much Aloha…🌺

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our daughter’s 6th birthday! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. Our host, Kahi, went above and beyond she made Ariana feel like the star of the day and took care of every single detail with a smile. The entire Chuck E. Cheese team worked together seamlessly to make the day magical. My wife and I are so grateful we trusted them with such a special milestone it was truly a flawless experience and a celebration we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for any parent looking to make their child’s birthday extra special! 🎉💖

So many of the games were malfunctioning. Staff was great about helping out, but I'm certain all of our earned tickets weren't loaded onto our play card. Nevertheless, our child had an amazing time.
Having been to so many Chuck E. Cheese places as a kid myself and then now as a parent, I will say this is above and beyond the nicest one I've ever seen. The salad bar is beyond tidy, clean, organized, very well stocked. The salad bar is a tad expensive, but what in Hawaii isn't? This is the only one that I've seen where the salad bar isn't a buffet style, but the large plate they give you is easy to pile up on like a mountain haha. The staff here is very friendly and keeps this place very clean. Mr. Cheese and his friends were out almost the entire time we were there dancing, playing with the kids, and even engaging the adults - really making this a great family experience. There is a brand new Adventure Zone with a trampoline and slides for an add on fee that our daughter loved. Typically in these places the arcade games are run down or half of them are out of service; not at this place! The games were all working and these were newer big name games too. We will surely be back and I just want to say thank you to the staff for making this place a top notch place for families. Oh they offer Military packages too!

My grandsons always have a blast playing games and trying to win enough tickets for a prize!! They love the pizza, I prefer the cheese bread and salad bar. Cotton candy is always a must so they can go home and get the sugar rush. It's a little loud for me but I sacrifice my hearing to see my grandsons enjoy themselves!!
