The customer also enjoys the shared storefront with Auntie Anne's. The Cinnabons never disappoint, and the staff, including a friendly cashier named Jaycelynn, are commendable for their patience and helpfulness. Another customer purchased a 15-piece set for their family and was pleased with the special offer of a second set at 50% off. However, they were disappointed to be charged for additional frosting. Despite this, the customer's family was happy with the dessert, and they resorted to making their own frosting using cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Overall, Cinnabon offers delicious Cinnabons and friendly service, with the only downside being the additional charge for frosting.
