Stopped by last night and bought four regular Cinnabons. Why tf are they hard af!!! They're suppose to be fresh and here they are tasting and feeling like they're a week old. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves, charging almost $5 for a crappy a$$ product. I should've just drove to the Pearlridge location. Waste of time, gas and money.

I am sorry but when there are about five or more associates in the morning (possibly three not busy) it's a shame that I am standing there without being recognized or spoken to after at least five minutes. I think a greeting and a "We'll be with you in a minute" would be okay with me. I just left with my granddaughter very disappointed.

Went to 3 Cinnabons today to redeem my birthday and b1g1 rewards (Honolulu, Pearl Ridge, Kapolei) each location told me they didn't do rewards but to go to the next location because they did which is a lie. I'm just trying to save someone else the heartache, headache, and gas because the Cinnabons on Island don't participate in the app rewards like mainland. I just don't want your time wasted like mine was today.

Went to Cinnabon today at Ka Makana Ali'i Mall at 4:46 pm on 9/4/23. I ask the cashier if I could have a nice fresh Cinnabon and her response was she can't give me as I ordered, in my mind is like "WTF" instead I got and ugly not appetizing appearance. So my family could not chow it down at that moment, we had to wait till we reach home and warm it up. Very disappointed because we like to eat it right away. Very very disappointed. I gave one star because I had to in order to post it.

Fly on top of Classic BonBites? The food here is unsanitary and gross; knowing that this is gonna be given to a future customer. I'm usually a fan of this location and cinnabons in general, but this is something else.

I had the worst experience at this Cinnabon with a worker named Bryson. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was very disappointed in the service. Luckily my nephew Kainalu was working and helped me out. Very disappointed in my experience I won’t be returning to this Cinnabon again.

Cinnabon is one of my OG favorite junk foods since childhood. But it's always hard for me to get one as most locations are in crowded malls, which I despise. When this location opened at Kamakana Alii, I was in heaven, as this mall is rarely crowded. The fact that they share a storefront with Auntie Anne's just put it on a whole nother level. I picked up a 9-pack of minibons today and as always, it was amazing!

Their Cinnabons never miss! and the staff is so friendly , the cashier “ jaycelynn”? Was very helpful and patient with my indecisiveness even tho it was a tad busy. I’m used to getting bad service at other locations so I definitely recommend this one.

I love that there is a Cinnabon in my area, and I've happily purchased treats from this location on several occasions. BUT during my most recent visit yesterday evening, I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received.The cashier was eating what looked like frosting or a sample milkshake while ringing up my order. In doing so, she licked her mouth, used her fingers to wipe the rest of the food off her mouth area, and then licked her fingers. I decided not to order extra frosting because I was SO DISGUSTED by her unsanitary actions and did not want to take anything that she touched. Thankfully, I grabbed my box of Cinnabons from the shelf myself (hopefully, the employees don't directly touch the food before packaging). I hope this location tells its employees that they should not eat in the customer-facing area especially when speaking to customers and in such a careless manner.

I had a craving for Cinnabon so I bought the 15 piece set for a dessert for my family.There was a special where you buy a set and get the 2nd set for 50% off which I thought was a good deal. So I asked the cashier if they could put alitlle bit more frosting but she said they could sell me a small container for $.99/per container. I told her there's not much frosting on the Cinnabon to begin with. The cashier told me I would need 4 containers.So because they were going to charge to put alittle bit more frosting I decided not to buy the 2nd set but instead I went and saw I had a block of cream cheese, powered sugar & vanilla extract so I made my own.I was just a little disappointed that they charge for frosting (see pictures) and I wasn't asking for a thick layer of frosting.So my family was happy that I bought dessert and made more frosting (Pinterest for recipe)

I'm sorry I try to leave a positive review on the places I visit but this will be a lukewarm one. The place is clean, most of the staff are friendly & some aren't. Pretzels are ok, I prefer the sweet almond because it's a little sweet & not saturated with sugar. The pretzel itself is bland nothing exciting just the toppings make it different. I haven't tried the drinks so I don't know. Pretzel dogs I got for my grandson he seems to like it. But ordering online is a gamble shoot, which was my disappointment. If you placed an online order give them at least 10-15 min., before you go in and get it! If you go in on the time you asked you'll be waiting outside, so that's my warning. For me I won't be coming here again, taste wise & online ordering drive me not to revisit! Maybe the drinks are better I really don't know.
