The service was horrible. The waitress is very rude. I was really excited to eat at a Mexican restaurant here in Hawaii. I'm here for 2 weeks and was missing Mexican food. Talk about disappointment. The food was ok but what really ruined it was the service. When we began to speak in Spanish instead of being friendly the waitress treated my kids and I like we were going to leave without paying. Offered us water as if we couldn't afford drinks. Didn't check on us...
I live in Kaua’i but was visiting Oahu for a little bit, I’m also Hispanic and that being said it is hard to find good Mexican food on the islands. Most places don’t serve complimentary chips and salsa anymore, or serve rice and beans with their dinner plates. This place accommodated all those things!
