Honestly, the only person that was friendly was the cashier. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger came out with no cheese bacon tasted like straight grease also ordered Cajun fries which were overly seasoned. Meal was definitely not great as the other locations on island bun was a little hard for some reason burger was luke warm. Staff was a bit Rowdy MUSIC WAS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL!!

Ordered 2 shakes and saw that I was charged for three. Requested a refund for the third prior to it being made and was told that refunds could only be processed for food, not milkshakes. The only real option presented was to take the third milkshake (which I ended up giving away). At least the food was good.

For some reason, this location is always closing early for no apparent reason. As a district manager to another local restaurant, I’m curious if they’re higher managers, knows that this has been going on I went at 9:30 and they already closed cleaning up mind you a place my order at 9:10 online. You can see the time stamps in my photos along with the open sign being off.

I got a double cheese burger and it was by far the best I’d had in a very long time, great fries also! The only down side is the price is pretty high, $13.39 for a cheeseburger and $7.49 for some fries! That’s high quality restaurant prices for burgers and fries, just saying! Due to the price I wouldn’t make this my go too for burgers and fries!

Pretty frustrated their hours say till 10:00, but both their doors were locked at 9 p.m. and when I tried to call I watched one of the employees through the window press the disconnect button on the phone and ended my call before I could get through twice.

I ORDERED A VEGGIE BURGER AND I TOLD THE CASHIER. I WANTED BACON WHICH I PAID EXTRA WHICH I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I ALSO GAVE TIP. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOW WHEN I ORDER. I HAVE TO WATCH THE COOKS TO MAKE SURE THEY GET MY ORDER RIGHT. UNHAPPY CUTOMER.

When I ordered regular, all the way, a very heavy burger appeared. This might have more impact compared to In n out. It's delicious. My hands got sticky from the water from the meat juices and vegetables, so it's a good idea to bring wet tissues. Also, there were no peanuts, so I was a little disappointed. w
