I ORDERED A VEGGIE BURGER AND I TOLD THE CASHIER. I WANTED BACON WHICH I PAID EXTRA WHICH I DIDN'T GET WHAT I PAID FOR. I ALSO GAVE TIP. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOW WHEN I ORDER. I HAVE TO WATCH THE COOKS TO MAKE SURE THEY GET MY ORDER RIGHT. UNHAPPY CUTOMER.

When I ordered regular, all the way, a very heavy burger appeared. This might have more impact compared to In n out. It's delicious. My hands got sticky from the water from the meat juices and vegetables, so it's a good idea to bring wet tissues. Also, there were no peanuts, so I was a little disappointed. w

We ordered one bacon cheeseburger ($14.99), two cheeseburgers ($13.39 each) and one large Cajun Fries ($8.99) and 3 cups of water (free). Keep in mind all of these sandwiches were double burgers. If you only want one burger order the little burger or cheeseburger. They forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger but did give me some bacon after I opened up my burger and discovered zero bacon. The burgers were juicy and delicious. We all had the toppings we desired to make our burgers delicious. Many toppings are offered. The large fry was enough for the three of us. Our total bill including tax but not including a tip was $53.15. We totally recommend this Five Guys restaurant if you are hungry and would like an juicy burger exactly the way you like it.

Where to even start, we order 3 Cheese Burgers, all 3 with different toppings and 2 large fries. What could possibly go wrong, right ! Wrong, food arrives, every burger is wrong, only one small fry, when I say the burgers wrong, wasn’t even close, wrong toppings, some toppings weren’t even there. So I call, ask to speak to the manager, he states his is the manager. I start to explain what was wrong, and he immediately blames Door Dash. So I asked, did the Door Dash driver get back there and make our burgers ? He says “No”, so I asked how can he blame Door Dash guy for making the burgers wrong ? This is Not a delivery issue, it is a Product issue. The Manager almost immediately lost all respect, I immediately without even taking a breath started blaming the Delivery and then said nothing he could do since he could not confirm what was wrong, because apparently after working 16hrs today and spending $80 on the wrong order, apparently I have nothing better to do but call and tell him my burger was wrong just to get another burger. In my position as an Operation Manager, if one of my staff does not have the respect or integrity to say hey, we messed up “Sorry” and immediately start blaming others for their mistakes, I would Terminate them for lack of Character and Integrity. This was the heartache of these people working at a hamburger place wanting $20 an hour and they Can’t even get the frickin burger right. I’m sure if they just spent $80 and didn’t get what they wanted. I bet they would be Pissed. That’s ok, they will never get another dollar out of me, my family or my friends, plenty of Local family restaurants that want our business. Whss as t we need in this Island is In -n- Out.
