11/13/2021 UPDATE The sign here is no loner Grinds 2 Da Max. Sad sad day New Name is Bowlz. To pricey for me to try at this time. Grinds 2 da Max Love this place!! Food: delicious! Just like home (Hawaii). I been in Vegas for 3 years looking for food like at home. This is where it's at! Highly recommend! This location is my favorite but hard to find. There are no signs at all. They are on the left side of the car wash. The building says food court

I tried their food for the first time at the Ellison Enizuka Day of Exploration at the Blaisdell last Saturday. I ordered the Furikake Salmon. It was so good, I've been craving it all week. I'm looking at their Facebook page so I can stalk them. It looks like they moved to the mainland and are no longer in business. Shame on you for getting me hooked and then closing!

I'm pretty sure Grinds 2 Da Max has served it final plates... unfortunately. They are moving to the mainland. I never got to try their popular items like their steak, shrimp and chicken. Boo! I did have their poke plate - good, but I was still hungry, as well as their fried saimin plate. Decent but not too hearty but just the right price at about $7. If they return, I'm definitely in for the steak and shrimp plate and my friend swears by their chicken dynamite!

Grindz 2 Da Max is a innovative food truck located at Mililani Tech's Farmers Market on Wednesdays. Lots of available free stalled and street parking. Good news was there was a line to order so that tells me their food must be exceptional! Bad news is be prepared to wait since their food is "made to order" ensuring freshness. With 6 people in front of me, it took me 15 minutes to order then another 15 minute wait for them to prepare my order. Needless to say, the Fried Noodle Bento w/ Korean chicken was on the spicy side but hey, it was Korean chicken. For my taste, their Dynamite Katsu was worth the wait. Not as spicy as the Korean but enough kick to enjoy. If you got some time on your hand, I would recommend you check this place out!

Had the teri beef with fried noodles. It was good. Their kimchee and potato salad is good too. Went to the Campbell location, easy to find and lots of street parking. Go early cause they do run out of food toward their closing time.

I had visited da Grindz2daMax Lunchwagon a couple of times and each time I came away very, very satisfied. Very Onolicious items from their Teri Rib-eye plate to da Fried Noodles. Each time it was "Broke da Mouff" action! Da other day I had da Ahi Katsu and da buggah was Winnah's! So tasty and da Mac and Toss Salad's complimented da plate like one hula halau at da Merri Monarch! Good ting I waited till I got home to partake my Katsu. After I was done with my plate, I slowly slipped into Kanak Attack mode and went down for 2 hours! Dis truck is Meeeean and each time they neva disappointed. #killahgrindz

Location: Kapolei. Lots of street parking so no need to worry about not finding any. But I really really wish that this food truck was closer (: Service: They're so sweet. We came right when it closed and the girl still let us order, she was sweet about it too. Thank you guys so so much! Food: We wanted to order the Dynamite Katsu and Dynamite Chicken Bites but they only have chicken on select days. Furikake Salmon is a WINNER. I love salmon and is picky when eating salmon. But this salmon, oh wow. It was juicy, extremely far from being dry. It was full of flavor. I loved the coating and the sauce. Delicious. Price: Affordable and very reasonable. The Mac salad is different. I don't prefer it but I really think it's unique. Drive is far but the food is worth it! I will DEFINITELY be back for the salmon, that's forsure. I would also love to try the dynamite katsu and chicken bites.
