Holy beans! 10 bucks for a small drink! And it is really small! Regardless of what you get, it’s way too sweet. More than anything though, way too expensive.

Thursday 10/16/2025 at 7:20 pm to be exact I handed the cashier a $100 bill and then asked her co worker if my bill was fake! I was like don't you have the marker to check whether it's real or not????? Girl!!!!! You don't ask that infront of the customer I hope the manager sees this. Please train your cashiers including respect and etiquette.

Menu said 11.75$ for a large honeydew tea. The charge ended up being almost 18$. She said the menu was wrong. Raising prices by a surprise 6$ is not good.

I had my nephew get me a drink since he went there earlier. His looked good.
He came back and told me he could not get my drink because they didn't have enough cash to make change! There was a car cruise event so they should have know that they need extra cash on hand just in case. Gave him a smaller bill, but by the time I got my food he still did not place my order (10 mins).
Told him in a LOUD voice we are leaving! Customers looked back. Location needed more workers and cash on hand for sure! (Lost a sell that night and how many more) SAD!!

Today I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff cashiers came across as unprofessional and rude when I asked a simple question about the menu, which made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, the smoothie we ordered didn’t taste fresh, and the milk seemed off. Service definitely needs improvement based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Slightly better than nothing. I ordered a lychee drink, and the picture of the exact drink name I ordered clearly showed pieces of lychee in it, but there were none. The boba texture was satisfactory.

The drinks here a normally good not my usual spot but went in before 12 there was only 1 worker. When paying sis asked for me to leave a tip in my head I was kinda like I’ll leave a tip if I want too (I still tipped). Got me a monster strawberry with boba and got 2 regular strawberry and honey dew with boba. Smoothie has no sweetness(super bitter) and the boba tastes bad. Like if you left a Hawaiian sun out in the hot sun for 5 hours and remembered it was there and drank it… worst boba I’ve had.

Drinks are not even close to they look like in the pictures. Seating area was closed so you stand around waiting for your drink.
Even if you choose 25% sugar, it is still sweet. The lid doesn't close tightly, so when you tilt it and drink it, it leaks through the cracks in the lid.

Everything good maybe the atmosphere of the restaurant is hunting scary and almost no sign of life, so to speak. Let me explain: the place doesn't pop out as much as the restaurant sign ( infinitytea) it is lacking in population employees or customers. They run back to make the order and there's no one to welcome the next person or to take my order. I just left after taking a few photos. Small (R) medium (M) large (L)Look at my photos the (M) is priced at a scary over price almost doubled a (s) and a large is price cheaper the the medium. They force you to spend money to get the biggest one for a medium price and if you get a medium you pay for a large. It's confusing I know just look at the photo to see what I meant

The ladies working here are super friendly and patient with my kids. We got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba, Mango Smoothie and an Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. The boba is nice and soft--not super chewy. Our teas were good but the smoothie was missing that mango flavor.
