Even if you choose 25% sugar, it is still sweet. The lid doesn't close tightly, so when you tilt it and drink it, it leaks through the cracks in the lid.

Seems to have downhill. Smoothies have zero flavor as it seems they’re stretching their mixes. Even the one with ice cream has no taste or texture. Expensive to boot.

Everything good maybe the atmosphere of the restaurant is hunting scary and almost no sign of life, so to speak. Let me explain: the place doesn't pop out as much as the restaurant sign ( infinitytea) it is lacking in population employees or customers. They run back to make the order and there's no one to welcome the next person or to take my order. I just left after taking a few photos. Small (R) medium (M) large (L)Look at my photos the (M) is priced at a scary over price almost doubled a (s) and a large is price cheaper the the medium. They force you to spend money to get the biggest one for a medium price and if you get a medium you pay for a large. It's confusing I know just look at the photo to see what I meant

The ladies working here are super friendly and patient with my kids. We got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba, Mango Smoothie and an Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. The boba is nice and soft--not super chewy. Our teas were good but the smoothie was missing that mango flavor.

Came into Infinitea last night and ordered a matcha milk tea and a fruit drink both with 75% sweetness. While waiting for the order I noticed a cockroach in the store which was disgusting. Once I received my order, I had gotten a completely different drink from the matcha milk I ordered. They went ahead and went to correct the issue, only to have gotten a drink with absolutely no sweetness. The drink tasted as if I was sipping dirt. This used to be one of my favorite boba places since it opened, however it has just gone downhill as far as service and cleanliness.

The drinks and area is pretty good! I have never had an issue with any of my orders but that is not why I am writing this review. I've spoken to several different workers there for fresh boba but I was always turned down. Just a FYI for anyone who is specifically looking for BOBA with their drinks, they stop making new ones around 10-11AM. So you will be getting some pretty old boba unless you arrive really early before that time frame.
