Just Awful. They barely cared about the Customers standing there. I asked the Manager were was the Bathroom and Handwashing Facilities and THERE ARE NONE. I have children and a toddler the place was visibly FILTHY. The dirty tables and chairs were all strewn about haphazardly. I didn’t even see Sanitizer Stations. I seriously doubt the Employees are Sanitary.

I tried calling for 30 min. so I don’t write a review. I went through the drive-through. I was rushed by the lady in the window. This was around 10 o’clock. On November 24, 2025 when I got to the window I Apple Pay but I did not receive my receipt. Most of my food was OK but what was really disappointing was my child’s grilled cheese sandwich and how they prepared it was disgusting. Nobody ate it! I want a full refund back for my kids meal that did not get eaten. They didn’t put it on the correct bread. The cheese was like plastic on top of the bread. I’m not paying for that. Contact me as soon as possible. I know this is not the service that they usually provide. so this new crew they got going on, does not care about the kapolei community and you can tell. Or they got new management, which is really sad.

Horrible service. Dont do it . The lady working the drive thru at 5 am November 14th is the worst. She peft me at the call box for 20 mins. Never spoke when I said hello many times. So i drove around and there were 2 cars in front of me. So I know the place was open. When i got to the window she said she was busy with online orders. But at least acknowledge im there. A please hold or i will be right with you will do. The she asked me my order had an attitude and told me they dont have cheese sauce which they do as i order the same thing. so to be funny she threw cheese in a box and put my fries separate. when the cheese was supposed to be on the fries. Rude and ignorant and childish. If you dont want to work in customer service then get a different job.

I’ve been calling the restaurant for 10 minutes straight to no response. It was regarding a delivery order I had paid for and it turns out the price was even more than what it was supposed to be not including the drivers tip or tax. I paid for the food and it brought me to a screen that said $58. How does a $47 meal that was supposed to be the final total price including delivery shoot up to $58?
You guys are ridiculous and now I’m empty handed and lost $47.
In the end, I’m guessing the $47 was paid and I has to pay a whopping $58 just to get it here. That would be an insane amount of money on food at such a low quality restaurant.
Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had in my life with a fast food restaurant.

The regular size = medium here, I think: BonusJack Double Combo ($7.⁴⁹) Curly Fries ($0.⁶⁹) Tax. ($?.??) Total = ?? $9.⁴⁹ The extra must've been the Medium size charge 'cause the drink's cup size is like Super-size! Still, I like Jack & Jack 'n The Box
I love Jack in the box years back, and now I am so disappointed because the food that we always order especially the fries or curly fries are old, the atmosphere is not welcoming, service is very poor, especially drive thru they are very rude and they don't even talk or answer when we ask question. Very poor customer service.
