The people at the drive thru are so quiet and asked me 'What?' 4 times. I ordered the Bacon Double Smash burger, normal fries, 2 ranch and a Powerade. The fries were so cold, they came out all in one rectangular chunk, and wouldn't pass as lukewarm even... I tried this same burger at the downtown Jack in the box and was super surprised, it was delicious, but the Kapolei one? Holy cow, what can I say...other than RUBBISH. Flakey stale bread, dry patties, not hot either much like the fries, if I compared the downtown one with this one blindfolded, I'd be absolutely STUNNED that they're both from a jack in the box... For $18.07 for a medium of this quality? GET....IT...TOGETHER KAPOLEI JACKS.
About 11pm Friday 7/24/24. Line super long. Went to Kunia location and they were closed? Reason why Kapolei location was so busy. Went back, had a taste for greasy tacos and a shake. Tacos almost doubled in price good lord. Thats how long its been since i been to JNB. 2/.99, But to my disappointment the onion rings has changed. It don't taste the same. More breading. They changed batter. Other than that the staff was great, appreciated their hustle and hospitality. But please bring back the original onion rings. Ty.

Kind of spacious. Plenty parking. Food was quick and fresh. The egg in the breakfast sandwich kind of crispy which is pretty good.
Quick tip: offer an attractive wage and you will attract quality workers who are happy to show up. Your business model of only 10 cars per hour is not sustainable. How do you even keep the lights on?
