Compared to the downtown branch, the pepper gravy here is richer and more flavorful. The chicken is well-seasoned, and the restaurant is clean and tidy with a comfortable atmosphere. Drive-thru pick-up is very convenient with smooth parking. A great experience overall!

Confusing place. I arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday night. I was going to dine in, but the doors were locked. While trying to figure out why, a worker opened the door and said dining in is closed. Only pick up and drive through. Looking at the sign on the door, it said dining in was open until 9pm. When I asked why they're going against the front door sign, he couldn't give me a clear answer. In any case, I opened the Jollibee app, paid for a pickup order and 1 minute later the worker let me in. I could tell the kitchen was super busy, so I waited patiently.
I ordered a spaghetti with 2 piece chicken combo and it was a nostalgic taste. Not everybody will like the sweet Filipino spaghetti. The gravy that came with the chicken was thick and flavorful. The chicken itself was still hot and fresh. Despite enjoying the food, the fact that the workers couldn't explain to me why they closed dine in services before closing time is disconcerting. I might go to other Jollibee restaurants on island if they're going to be this inconsistent.

There Angus burgers are undercooked each and everything we go there, despite us having to pay almost 30$ for it we always get our food cold and I undercooked. We waist money coming here thinking we're going to get a fully cooked burger but there all undercooked each and every day and I cant eat them due to me being pregnant and not able to eat pink meat due to it posing a health risk for me and the baby.

Crew Joseph was very helpful in setting up my mom’s table for her 86th birthday. Cashier Lisa was pleasant and accommodating in helping us decide what to order given the number of guests expected. Manager Nelson made sure that my mom’s birthday was a memorable one. Best Jollibee branch in Oahu. Freshly made orders, excellent service, reasonably priced food, consistently pleasant dining experience always. Filipino hospitality at its finest.

I waited in the drive through line for an hour. Placed an order for 3 meals and 1 pie. I was handed part of my order and told to pull around. The fries were cold and hard, the chicken tenders were also cold, hard and dry. They forgot our pie, and the chicken sandwiches we were pulled around for didn’t even have melted cheese, and were warm on the inside but cold on the outside. Maybe it was a bad night for them, who knows. I just don’t know if I would like to return and waste my money on another unfortunate experience. It was a busy time, (hence the hour drive through wait.) props to the employees that were working hard though!
I recently had a meal at Jollibee, and overall it was a fun and flavorful experience. The clear standout was the pies—crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside. Whether it’s the peach mango or Ube, these are definitely worth the trip alone.
The Jolly Spaghetti had that signature sweet-style sauce that Jollibee is known for. It might catch some people off guard if they’re used to more traditional Italian-style spaghetti, but I actually really enjoyed it. It’s different in a good way—comforting and nostalgic.
The pancit was just okay. It didn’t stand out compared to the rest of the meal, but it added some variety to the table.
As for the chicken sandwich, it was pretty good—crispy, juicy, and flavorful. Not necessarily the best I’ve ever had, but definitely a solid option if you’re craving something hearty.
All in all, it was a satisfying meal with a few highlights, especially those pies. Would definitely come back for dessert and another taste of that sweet spaghetti.

I had Jollibee for second time, first time on Kapolei location. We did drive thru and I know we came around 9pm and workers are tired or ready to go home but I ordered 2 pc chicken and spaghetti pair but only came with one and was slightly undercooked inside.(Receipt says one but missed my order) Also, we had to wait 5-10 minutes at the parking lot for angus cheese burger combo. Burger and fries were cold… waited 5-10 minutes for what? Cold burger and fries? Prolly not gonna go back this location.
