Seafood combo on HK fried noodles was legit. I grew up eating Chinese food from Chinatown SF. This dish was on par. Noodles were perfectly crispy but not oily, oil tasted clean. Seafood was fresh and veggies plentiful. Best part the sauce was clean but had a beautiful umami flavor. Will definitely go back for this dish again and again.
It's not exactly brand spanking new or even particularly well cleaned in the dining room, but the food quality is outstanding and the staff are fairly friendly.
Try the Sizzling Pepper Beef and their Yang Cho fried rice is amazing.

Superb chinese food. Great taste in every dish. Fast service and reasonable price. Best scallop soup, as well as, salt and pepper crab that I've tasted...even in china. Glad that they're in the heart of Kapolei.
