The new Kids City at Kapolei is so much better than the old (pre March 2024) one! I love that they have the new ninja obstacle course stuff for bigger kids! It's really pricy, especially if you have multiple kids, but it's a nice treat. It's bigger than Keiki Kingdom now and has plenty of seating for grownups and massage chairs. Clean as always. Having to pay 10 month old a full price is a bit absurd, especially since the toddler area is for like 2yo+.

I came here for the first time last week and a bit dismayed at how expensive it is here. For $14.00 / child and adults at $5.00 for ONLY one hour is a bit expensive. Luckily with a military discount, adults are free on weekdays only. Kid City is one level, big mall sized space with children's play vignettes throughout the space. When you check In you read and sign off on a liability form on their IPad then proceed to pay. They in turn print out your name tag (it's really a sticker with your name and the time frame you paid for), give you an assigned locker and matching bracelet with the electronic thingy to unlock your locker. I'd suggest putting everything you don't want stolen or walking away in that locker. If you have a stroller there is a stroller area to the right of the cashier which also doubles as a party room / drawing room. Also, SOCKS are required at Kid City. All shoes are to be taken off. Children are to be wear grippy socks or go bare feet. Adults - socks! Once inside, depending on the age of your child (mine was under 5 years old) they can access everything at Kid City except the big bounce "house" and big ball pit. That is for kids over 5 years old. The place appeared clean and orderly. There was a lady cleaning the toys and picking up/organizing in vignettes without children playing in them. Signs are visible reminding adults to supervise their child as well as which toys are not to be climbed on. In the center of the room there are tables and chairs for adults and children to sit on. Some vignettes had benches right outside of it. Loved that! To the rear left of the "city," is an area that's for toddlers that was "toddler friendly." Overall nice experience for my little one and you can almost guarantee that you will hear kids crying when it's time to leave. Mine didand was soothed by a balloon as a parting gift from the "city." However, I didn't like that it was attached to a long straw like thing. I would have preferred a short string to the ballon. Nice diversion from the normal day but expensive in my opinion. There aren't that many play options like this on the west side of Oahu so this is it for now.

Perfect place to take 8 yr olds & under. The games & areas are very good for them and are good for their size. I think the older kids may get a bit bored after a while. It's very easy to monitor your child there & they have rooms to change baby's diaper.The prices aren't too bad & the place isn't cluttered so even if you sat down for a few mins, you'd still be able to spot your child around the play space.Very very kid friendly & definitely recommend.

Celebrated my son’s 8th Birthday at Kids City Kapolei Hawai’i and he played hard with his friends for 2 long hours straight. We didn’t do a party package $$$$$ it was only 8 people, 5 adults which two were 17 year olds, 3 parents including myself and our 3 boys. Our walk-in experience was very affordable and not crowed at all for a Saturday. YOU SHOULD TAKE YOU KIDS THERE! Mahalo

Cute place. Clean and fun. No bathroom though. My 2 & 5 year old enjoyed playing here. My only complaint is how expensive it is for not that large of a facility; overpriced.

Great place , very clean and the staff are always cleaning and tidying all day . Price is reasonable in a place like Hawaii where everything is overpriced. My kids had 2 hours of fun and on the way out they got a balloon to soften the end . Very well done

This place was awesome! A lot of times the pictures you see on yelp look a lot nicer online than in person - THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE!! This place is clean, adorable and both my 3yr old and 5yr old had a blast for the entire hour we were here! Definitely enough variety to keep them busy and super comfortable for adults too! We were visiting from Los Angeles - decided to spend a rainy afternoon here - Time and money WELL spent!

Not okay with paying $5 entry fee for each adult especially when there was no where to sit so I'm not sure what the $5 is for. The cashier said it was for supervision? You gotta pay to supervise your child is what that sounds like. Plus they ask that adults purchase socks for hygienic reasons except there were other adults with shoes on sitting at the tables. It didn't make sense. I didn't see anyone cleaning if they're so concerned about hygiene.I got a gift card refund since I wasn't okay with the unnecessary charges. Plus seems like a place mostly for toddlers. Have your kids play outside!

Had a birthday party here. Event coordinator was super helpful and responsive, love all the possible add ons. Everyone loved the digitoons. Day of party the staff was so attentive and helpful, really made the party run smooth. They were also super friendly and constantly working or sanitizing to keep the area clean.Everyone really enjoyed Kid city. The options for the kids were great, the ball pit was a huge hit. Would definitely recommend the buy out if you're thinking about having a party or just a day with the kids.
