Amazing golf experience. Beautiful course. Wide open space with few bunkers, so good for beginner/ intermediate golfers. Some greens are tricky, as they play fast and have hills. Staff is super friendly. Rental clubs were excellent;added a good 20 yards with my driver. Overall, an excellent day of golf.

This course was on my bucket list of courses so what can I say. The staff, dining, clubhouse, driving range and course are all a step above. Their attention to detail is evident. From the welcome small bucket of balls and cooler with water to the cool towel at the completion of your round. The course was top notch and fairways and greens groomed to perfection. Pace was great too. This is a “must play” course for the experience alone.

For $370 AUD each my brother and I had truly memorable day at Ko Olina GC last Friday.Everything was so smoothly run from the pro shop check in through to the organising of our latest Taylormade Stealth rental sets and the enthusiasm of the starter Rodney had for us to enjoy round! The conditions of the course were perfect with most of the greens having undulating slopes along with the pins tucked into tricky positions. We lost matchplay to a couple of friendly locals and enjoyed a delicious club sandwich and local beers at Roy’s bar overlooking the 18th green afterwards,Nothing but great memories after playing Ko Olina GC.Mahalo

??? Warning ???The opinions expressed are mine based on my experience. The course superb. The service 5⭐️. The overall experience net score 10 out of 5. I’m an ok golfer but I’m an avid enjoyer of life and this place is one to remember!

The Ko Olina Course is beautifully maintained. The greens were vibrant and the rough lush. Advice from the Pro Shop was “Don’t hit it in the water.” Thanks, very helpful. Good news is that the fairways were fairly friendly and you could pretty easily stay out of the water. Getting to the greens wasn’t too bad but once there it can be a little tricky. Between the undulation and gravitational pull of the ocean, a little forethought is useful before punching it in the cup.The staff at the Club was top notch. Super attentive to the details - a souvenir water cup, wet towel for your clubs and a refreshing cold towel for you at the end of your round. This is a course to put on your list of musts.

Best golf experience ever! Loved every minute! The staff is wonderful. From the club shop to Roy's and the start assistants! Professional from beginning to end. A great course for beginners and long time pro's!!! Challenging but forgiving. Yesss, highly recommend!

Golfed w/my son who has heard of, but never played at this reputable course. It did not disappoint! Service was great with golf attendants loading our bags, providing range balls to warm up, a large wet towel to wipe our clubs, and 2 bottles of water to start things off. Everyone, including course maintenance staff were very friendly… obvious high service standards. The course was scenic, layout fair for the mid to high handicapper (though not easy by any means), and fairway/green condition matching what you’d expect from a high rated resort. Plays longer for the average player and the wind impacts club selection. Marshall was friendly to encourage us as we were slowing down he pace. Attendants at the end provided cold towels to freshen up and wiped our clubs clean. My son as a first time patron was very impressed with the overall experience! Will definitely do it again and recommend to family and friends!

My son was home from college for a very short break. Taking up the game, decided to treat him to a "nice" course. We had the resident rate and it was totally worth it! Service was great from start to finish. Course was beautiful and layout fair for mid to high handicappers (though not easy). Attendants, maintenance and golf staff very friendly... obvious high service standards at this course. Fabulous experience! Definitely a returning customer and will recommend to friends and family!

What can I say? This is my favorite course! It is well kept and so idyllic. The staff is so friendly--My favorite part (besides the golfing) is at the end when we return golf cart. You're greeted by friendly staff with cold, lightly scented wash clothes to freshen up after your round. They'll even wipe your clubs down if you haven't already covered them up! Then, if you wish, they'll drive you and your gear back to your vehicle. I will definitely keep going back!

First of all, the three stars is not indicative of the condition of the course. The course is GORGEOUS and in PHENOMENAL shape. The pro shop, eatery, driving range, grounds - all top shelf. The marshal, who followed my foursome around all day, and the outrageous remarks he made...THAT is the reason for my three star review. Edit: Golf Course Overall Condition - 5 stars Experience - 4 Stars Marshal (Player Assistant) - 1 star Overall: 3 stars I'm a resident of Hawaii, so I did not have to pay the hefty greens fees - and thank God I didn't. My tee time was 8:40 on Sunday, April 3rd. My foursome, a group of speedy players, was behind another foursome - who were not speedy players. THREE times, in an 18-hole round, an older man (I should've asked for his name) - in the role of "Player Assistant" felt the need to tell me that I should be 'pushing the group ahead of me, because they are playing slow.' I told him, three times, that I can only go as fast as the group ahead of me - and that it is his job to go and tell them to pick up the pace. I'll be damned if I crank a drive off the tee box while the group in front of me is still in the fairway...within driving distance. That would be rude of me. He basically told us to "drive up on them - to push them along." I'm sorry, but that's YOUR job. I'm the player. You're the marshal. Unhappy with pace of play? Get to the root of the problem. Long story short. You don't pay to play golf, to get chastised by the "Player Assistant" for playing too slow...when the group ahead of you is the reason you're playing "slow." Of note, playing "slow" to this particular marshal...was 12 minutes off pace. Based on it being 12min off pace, I did not feel comfortable asking the group ahead of me if we could play through. Maybe if I was alone, or in a twosome...I'd ask a foursome ahead of me if I could play through - but for a foursome to ask another foursome to play through is ridiculous. All over Ko'Olina Golf Club, there are signs that allude to the pace of play. My foursome finished in 4 hours and 35min (including a five minute stop at the snack bar at the turn). I won't go back. Having a marshal up my a** for 18 holes of expensive golf did nothing but royally piss me off. Thanks for that.

Played there on 4-3-22 with my regular 4some. We normally play munies but thought we'd do something different for a change. First of all the staff there are very friendly and professional. That leaves a positive first impression. Next is the golf carts. I swear that the seats are more comfortable than my cars. The course is quite challenging but in very good condition. Weather cooperated so it was a beautiful day of golf and a wonderful experience. The only thing that I would change is that you're not allowed to bring your own gatorade or whatever. I believe that we should be able to bring a small soft cooler with us. Since each cart comes with a cooler, then we should be allowed to bring our own drinks. Otherwise a great day spent on the course with friends

Just back home from our trip to Ko Olina yesterday. Unfortunately after hitting 10 balls on the range I blew out my left knee. Beautiful range and course looked like it was in awesome shape. John at the range was AWESOME!!! helping me get my clubs back to the starters hut and checking to make I was OK until my wife could pick me up. To say the least I was VERY disappointed that I couldn't play the course, but MAJOR cudo's to John and the staff there for sure. Looking forward to returning to play in the future.
