Very nice, great programs, super clean and relaxing. Robbie was a great instructor and helped me with my swing. Pro shop adequately stocked, restaurant very reasonable for Oahu.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with an amazing view. We stayed on the 14th floor in the Nai'a tower and got a spectacular view of the entire hotel. The water is warm and it's been mostly sunny while we've stayed. You can swim with fish at the beach, just relax in the sand, or be in the pools or jacuzzis. Some things can get a little expensive like food depending on the size of your party but overall the service was good and it didn't take too long for anything. At least for me the Wi-Fi was alright, for most of the trip my mobile data service was better but it wasn't a huge problem for me. And the luau they had looked great from our room but to be down there was super overpriced at $173 per person just to have dinner and a show out in the open area. Other than those things I had an amazing time relaxing and rejuvenating myself. I loved the sauna and stream room they have. The only thing I wish that could've been better is if the lagoon pool was open but they were doing renovations. That pool was the one I remembered from when I was here last as a child. But they said that it should hopefully open later in 2024 which is nice. Overall, an amazing vacation and I hope to go back soon.

The words "Ko Olina" in Hawaiian translates to "Place of Joy." Or, "Place of Happiness" is an equally suitable variation. In Japanese, the direct wording is "Yorokobi no bashyo," or just as accurately "Yorokobi no tokoro."This evolving, transforming seaside landscape, has welcomed, enthralled, and changed each and every one of it's visitors from Island locales including those from around the world. From fascinating early reports, initially this land supported thriving, far-flung sugar cane fields. Among some of it's very early residents, were delicate colorful ladybugs, which populated the fields in great numbers. Even today, if one patiently and carefully searches, ladybugs are found in their elusive, hidden outposts. This historical legacy then, forms the underlying basis for Ko Olina Resort and Ko Olina Golf Course's choice of their popular, easily recognizable ladybug symbol and logos.Available reliable reports also claim King Kamehameha's love for this well-removed, distant rejuvenating setting. It is said, he enjoyed relaxing, swimming and watching the remarkable sunsets with his family and warriors. Therefore, in line with these compelling legacies, my endeavors will aim to uplift and fascinate YOU, my viewer. Please enjoy my evolving posts and commentaries, as they too develop and unfold.NOTE: Regularly, I will attempt to change the uplifting thought associated with the ladybug. Please check this commentary from time to time.NOTE: Also, PLEASE recognize my inter-related themes across and throughout my posts. Essentially, underlying everything is a very simple objective to share with YOU my viewer. Gratefully, remember your ancestors (my Zenrinkan post), your physical health (my Queen's POB 1 entry), a healthy, safe diet and lifestyle (Costco, Don Quijote Honolulu, Walmart and Kaneka sites) as well as spiritual health (my Church of the Crossroads, First Presbyterian Church and Waianae Assembly of God church contents) etc. I have tried to integrate my themes in order to lift YOU up for YOUR further joy and hopefully, intended well-being. These are among my honest, candid thoughts.Mahalo nui loa (Hawaiian), arigatou gozaimasu (Japanese), and "thank you" for thoughtfully diving into my posts.

We're staying on property, but not at the resort. The area is beautiful, week groomed with so many amenities.

Marriott Koolina is perhaps the most beautiful resort in Oahu!!! Few steps to Disney’s resort without the kids ! The 3 beautiful cove is very safe from ocean tide ! This is the area where the royals used to vacation! Unlike Waikiki. It is calm quiet without the herds.. we love walking the trials up to Ritz Carlton! Been coming here since 2004 and is good to be back! Did I mentioned that laundry is free! Happy they have class and does not nickel and dime you.. ?
