Ommgggg this place is a GEM. I always get their beef stew and mochiko chicken (extra crispy) and it always hits the spot. There is so much flavor in the beef stew and mochiko chicken and it doesn’t feel heavy at all.
I do wish there are more veggies in the beef stew because usually I get more beef and 1-2 pieces of carrots and potatoes. But it doesn’t take away from the taste and love in the food.

Cashier was friendly. Food is good not the best I had but good. 8/10. the beef patty was not juicy too dry. Taste good but a little dry. I guess I'm used to mom and pops place where it's more soft and juicy.

Very friendly staff! Service was out of the box. I explained while ordering that I am hard of hearing and the register and waiter accommodated me by bringing my food to me instead of calling for my name. Very kind. While they don’t have a restroom for customer use, they were nice enough to point me to the nearby direction of. Good service and yummy food?

Bomb food -- flavor is there, no shy with the amount given, friendly staff. Inside is beautiful and gorgeous paintings. They also take apple pay? check out the menu in the pics below
The quality has gone down drastically. I was born and raised in makakilo and was around when they first opened. It was the spot to go to. But lately this place has been trash. Need to hire better cooks and cashier. They turned this place into a joke.

The mini lunch was enough for two meals. Breaded fish was delicious and fresh. Best Mac salad!
Maybe I expected too much... or maybe I didn't order right dish... I ordered teriyaki beef and it was OK. It was grilled beef with teriyaki sauce, which i can buy from a grocery store, on the top. Nothing special. I saw no veggies, it was some rice, maccaroni, beef with sauce... But the quantity was generous, that was good! I would give higher rating if it has just a bit more effort.

I orderd chicken katsu no Mac salad rice only rice was mushy it was soggy chicken katsu was burnt and hard as a rock make sure you check your food before you go home never eating here again
