My husband and I love longboards! It’s our usual go-to lunch spot when we have beach days. although, this trip was a little disappointing — as the entire time we were there, their frozen Mai Tai machine was broken and they could only make them on the rocks. The servers didn’t know when they would be getting a new machine but I hope it’s faster than they were making it seem like it would be, I’m sure it’s one of their best sellers!

Perfect view of the sunset. Excellent service! Everything here is great! My favorite is the Asian Chicken Salad. They replaced the chicken with tuna salad for me and the waitress said it looked so good she wanted to try it herself! Cheeseburger was excellent too! Best fries!

Parking: Parking is all valet. Depending on the place you visit (various restaurants, spa, massage) and how much you spend, valet parking is either free or very reasonable. For Longboards, if you spend $50 minimum, valet parking is $3 plus tip.

During our recent family trip to Ko Olina, we decided to indulge in a dinner at Longboards, and it certainly did not disappoint! We were promptly seated, and our server, Elijah was exceptionally fast and friendly, making us feel right at home. The cool, crisp night air added to the ambiance! We kicked off our meal with the Poke Nachos, which were nothing short of spectacular—5/5! I devoured every last bite, which is a rare feat for me. Next up were the fish and chips, also earning a perfect 5/5. They were crispy, hot, and utterly delicious. The garlic fries were outstanding—5/5! They arrived piping hot, perfectly crispy, and crunchy textures. The onion rings were fried to perfection as well—5/5! Each bite was a delightful experience. I also tried the Swordfish Sandwich, which was wonderfully seasoned. The addition of lettuce, onion, and tomato enhanced the dish beautifully, providing a refreshing contrast to the savory flavors. Overall, everything we tried was superb! I was surprised to see mixed reviews for Longboards, as our experience was fantastic, with great food and attentive service. If you find yourself in Ko Olina, I highly recommend giving them a visit.

Absolutely average in every way compared to the resort prices.
It’s hard to rate the atmosphere anything but a 5 given its prime location next to the cove, which provides sensational access to the sunrise and sunsets.
However, everything else about this place is well below average: the service, the food, the drinks. I’ve had better and fresher ahi tuna at fast food locations in land-locked countries. The burgers are on par with Burger King, except they cost $25. Their drinks are watered down and overpriced. “Well, that’s to be expected.” Yeah, but if you’re gonna charge me an arm and a leg, I expect a suitable prosthetic replacement.
This is a pathetic excuse of a restaurant for a fancy schmancy resort getaway. Save your money and go elsewhere.
