Great place to go for an after work wind down beverage and snack. Or just to go out and have lunch or dinner with family and or friends. Great service delicious food and good signature cocktails. Live music is a plus.

The food was delicious and the service was top tier. Rylee was very personable and assisted with menu suggestions during our visit. Would definitely recommend and return during my next visit to the island.

Always fantastic service and excellent food. Great live music on a Friday evening to kick off the weekend.

I had the misoyaki butterfish & it was excellent! We were very impressed with how all the staff worked together, helping each other either serve food to large parties & clearing tables & setting up for the next guests!!

Good food. Past visits has been mellow but this time it was noisy and ot wasn't overly crowded. We don't know where our waiter disappeared to too.

Mahi'ai is a gem. If you've ever contemplating going, go. Quick explanation of why someone should dine here: - superb service (server had great recommendations, was very welcoming, and was on top of the service) - food and drink are sublime (order pupus: wings and Brussels, drinks: leeward skies and pickled mango margarita, entree: fresh catch, chicken confit, and adobo; all were delicious) - live music (artist was great and the music was at a great volume to enjoy) Areas of improvement: - seating/ ambiance is very cafe like. Considering the level of service, food, etc, one would expect the decor, furniture, and lighting to be a bit more upscale

One of our favorite date night restaurants for good food and drink at an excellent value. A full service restaurant in a supermarket....go figure, but it is an amazing value and excellent food quality and service. We went on a Friday night where a live entertainer was playing. Wife had steamed clams, which she orders all the time. I had the crispy duck confit which was excellent, although I normally order the loco moco or hamburger. We have been going to Mahi'ai Table since they opened and never had a bad meal or service. The environment is a little casual, but what would you expect for a restaurant in Foodland Farms.

Food delicious. I look forward to the innovative specials of the day. This trip there was only one but didn't sound as interesting as other times. That's OK, regular item menus solid. I enjoyed my half pound house burger, a little too much. I should have had leftovers. Lol. Other table mates enjoyed the fish and chips, karaage nori, and chicken one other the locomoco. Table was pretty silent ! No room for dessert until a few hours later when we stopped for shave ice up the street.

Our server, Laula, was amazing! Her dinner recommendation for me was spot on. All our food and drinks were delicious. Our family from California loved everything about Mahi'ai Table! Thank you!!

This is a go to resturant for our family. Love you can make reservations, have live music, staff is friendly. To date we have never had a bad experience here. The sticky Korean Riba and spicy noodle are awesome.

After waiting for a while, our orders were finally taken. Our first server was not very friendly or helpful. Waited abnormally long for our food to arrive. The table who was seated after us got their food before us and was almost finished by the time received our order. 3 out of the 5 orders were incorrect or missing items. The appetizer we ordered was never punched in by our server. Second server who took over was much more friendly and accommodating. Thankfully the manager/supervisor rushed our missing items.

awesome experience - great food, service and live music (tip the musicians!) - inside of a large grocery/food stand store but don't let that put you off - ambience also diminished by bright lighting but for us it's all about the food and service - excellent!

My family and I have been coming here several times. Service and food were always great. But today was really bad. It was after Church service and mine you, it was Easter. We were seated a little before 1245 (per my reservation), and didn't get our food after an hour. We got our appetizers a few minutes later. My husband was already hangry as we didn't get our main course yet. I think it would've been longer if he didn't ask for it. They offered to give us the dessert for free, which my kids gladly ordered. I don't know what happened as the other customers who came after us, were already eating.

Went for breakfast. Had a great server. I had the loco moco which was decent but the rice was a little mushy and there was a large piece of fat in my meat. My mom had the mushroom omelette which she said was good. My son loves the acai bowl.
