Came here for the character breakfast. I have been to many other character meals so I kind of knew what to expect.
First they have you take a picture with Mickey, he was great! We didn't have to wait long to get seating, make sure you make a reservation 30 days beforehand because it is hard to get.
All the characters were really great and our server was wonderful. The food was sort of a miss. I know its supposed to be more about the experience rather the food but I have had good food at other characters meals. The malasadas were the best part. I am glad that we tried it out though, if we're to vacation here again it's something we can skip.

This is the kind of restaurant where, even though the food isn’t meant to be a fine delicacy, it’s absolutely delicious and hits just right. I had breakfast here every single day of my stay, and I wouldn’t have changed that for anything.

My go-to was always the same: their Loco Moco paired with timeless Mickey waffles—a perfect way to start the day before hours of swimming and exploring the island. The Loco Moco was rich, a true taste of the local cuisine, so I made sure to take advantage of it daily. The Mickey waffles, on the other hand, brought back a wave of nostalgia—not just for their taste, but also because the sight of Disney characters walking around reminded me of being a little kid having breakfast at the Grand Floridian during family trips. Those are the kinds of moments Disney has a way of making and keeping alive.

Of course, the service was top-notch, just as you’d expect at any Disney resort—attentive, friendly, and consistently on point. The menu had plenty of tempting options I wish I’d tried, but these two dishes were simply too good to stray from. Great flavors, comforting memories, impeccable service, and the perfect fuel for island adventures.

Absolutely disappointed only two characters came to table food was jut too sweet and nothing wow, too expensive for what we ate and the experience will never do again.

Nothing special at all. Do not eat dinner here if you have a dairy allergy. Regardless of the allergy. It took more than an hour to receive our food. The kids were falling asleep by the time their food arrived. The food arrived cold. So end of story, expensive and definitely not worth revisiting. Also we waited 20 minutes for our table, with a reservation.

You are not going to find a better atmosphere!! The waterfall in the background with a bit of love music. We went to check out the resort while on vacation and just ate from the appetizer menu as we didn’t want to wait for our later reservation. It didn’t disappoint and was a great experience! Our server was awesome too!! Definitely worth going back or checking out if on the island.

I made reservations in advance of my visit for a character breakfast and dinner. Both meals were easy to check into with friendly staff. I love character meals, I've done many at the parks, and this was just as great. The characters are engaging and funny and definitely worth it. You meet one as you enter and there is a little story time and dance and the other characters come to your table. There were different characters at the breakfast and dinner.
Food was good and there was plenty of it.

I made reservations for our family (Group of 8) for the 10 am character breakfast to celebrate my husband and my 15th anniversary. Upon check in, we were given the exclusive opportunity to take pictures with Mickey Mouse. The Disney photographers were pleasant and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed and they even offered to take pictures with our phone cameras. Disney photos were definitely better quality and so we purchased the digital download package with one print ($40). They come around the tables to show you the photos and again very pleasant and helpful. Our waitress was an angel and made every effort to accommodate our variety of requests. The espresso was good and the latte was a life saver. $55 per person included masalas, fruit, and entree. The plates were brought to the table and everything was impeccable. We were not hotel guests but we paid for all day valet parking ($40) and were able to enjoy the onsite beach after breakfast, purchase from the gift shops and enjoy drinks and desserts from onsite bars and food stands. Bring a towel and sunscreen

We visited Aulani for our anniversary with our children. We made the reservation for May 30th at 6:30pm. The wait to get seated was not bad maybe 15 minutes or so. We ordered from the 3 course menu. My husband and I both got the 12oz prime NY steak, my son got the baby back ribs, my daughter got the kids 6oz NY steak, and my toddler got the kid's cheese pizza. We waited nearly 1 hour for our entree to get to our table. The sides were cold, the steak was 50% cold and the bleu cheese butter was extremely overpowering. My son's ribs were also cold. Being at the beach all day, with 3 hungry children and 2 adults trying to entertain the children while we waited for our food for a whole hour was not fun. Our waiter was amazing. The service was great but the kitchen took forever to serve the food. The Disney experience was not there. We've been there for the breakfast with characters and loved it. I'm not sure why the experiences were so drastically different.

We were able to have breakfast and lunch here during our stay. The food is just not good. Breakfast was far better than lunch. Lots of frozen food, under seasoned, ill prepared choices. I am quite certain they are not a chef ran kitchen. Sad. If you are going to force people into a three course dining experience you should have the food quality match that. Perhaps taste testing each of the meals/desserts each day to see where you are at for the day would enlighten you to where your quality is at.
To the servers…you were all wonderful and amazing…thank you!

We had a “privilege “ to dine in this restaurant
Unfortunately, I cannot give less than one star.
It’s took us 45 minutes to get drinks and then an hour to get our food
When we came restaurant was not busy , why does it take so much time?!
When our food arrived quality was very poor and an appetizing to eat
I could not eat my over cooked, supposed to be fresh fish, and my son could not eat pork ribs , I wish I would take a picture to show you bones with sauce over it
My other son had prime rib there was more fat than meat , I did not want him to eat, but he was hungry.
The service was very poor even manager was weary rude to us, and threatened me to call a security, because she did not like when I went to kitchen with that plate of bones to show it to the chef
Ofcourse, when she come out in to the dining room, she was nice , did not want to make a scene in front of others
Everyone in the restaurant was very unhappy. and tired of waiting for their food, and no happy faces
There was no people in the kitchen working.
So I have no idea where did the food was prepared
Do not dine in that restaurant If you do not want to wait for a long time and eat poor quality food

Character breakfast is a must splurge. The traditional omelette is very good, loco loco too. The service was exceptional - super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend.
