10/27/24 Sunday, my wife and I stopped here curbside pick up at 9:37am. She ordered a chicken breakfast meal which they didn't have but didn't tell her. We waited 30 minutes for our food, which was a curbside already ordered pick up. We figured they were busy, so we waited but when we got her food, it was not what she ordered and charged us for something else but did not want to refund our money. They overcharged us for a cheaper meal and did not refund us the correct amount. Terrible customer service, terrible service period. Take your business elsewhere unless you like being ripped off.

Do not go drive thru unless you’d like to be told to wait in the front in a MARKED DRIVE THRU SIGN STALL & be ignored/not checked on when they clearly walk past your car to deliver to the other cars. The boy running orders out does not check if the order he is holding goes to the correct car! I waited 20 minutes until I had to go inside & noticed other cars from the drive thru getting there orders almost right away! I had two kids in my car which where leaving my car was a hassle & the boy was unapologetic his manager who packed the order said he must have given it to the wrong car and he then said “yeah I probably did..” she apologized on his behalf but the time I had to wait inside the boy did not bother to say sorry but just ignored I was there.
Someone later told me going inside is a better alternative but they also take long to help people inside as there is nobody standing at the cashier stand. I’d just skip this one and go to the one near Home Depot. They also forgot an item in my order, i did not bother going back bc another 20 minutes wasted of my time would not be even worth the food they forgot.

Some people want your business, others just want your money. This establishment clearly only wants your money. A willful, intentional, and deliberate policy to institutionally demonstrate that they could care less about customers if it threatens their greed.

It's ridiculous that I bother to put in my order for curbside pickup way ahead of time and when I get here to pick up my-- usually breakfast--order, you guys are never ready in the supposed 2-5 minutes wait time...and to add fuel to the fire, you fulfill the drive-thru order next to me first!

The front counter was only taking orders through the kiosks and the food took a while to come out.

Not a bad visit & the front counter lady was very pleasant. BUT... this McDonald's doesn't offer refills, so take note that all soft drinks are the same price & get a large size.
For service this place gets a half a star or less. Literally the employees hide from you so you can not ask them a question, like the code for the bathroom when you have little kids with you that needs to go now, salt and pepper, ketchup packets, etc.
They will not take your order or talk to you. They insist on using the kiosk, even if you can’t find the item or customizations you are looking for.
This place makes me want to never go to a McDonald’s again.
We had a group of 10 people. We spent like $160, to be treated like they didn’t want or care about us.
Also, no free refills on drinks.
The food was decent, which is why they got 2 stars, but if I were you, I would head up the road to Chick-fil-A where they treat customers right.
I mean you are going to spend the money anyway, you might as well be treated like they want your business and are friendly to you.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Drive through was busy, so we went inside. The seats were filthy with children's foot prints, and the tables hadn't been cleaned. After waiting over 20 minutes, we walked up to the counter and finally received 3 of the 4 sandwiches we ordered, one of which was wrong. After we walked up to the counter to tell them about the incorrect order, they continued to focus all their energy on cranking out new drive thru orders instead of prioritizing our incorrect order within the restaurant. After another 15 minutes of waiting, they still had not started making the missing or incorrect sandwiches. We could actually hear them arguing in the back that they gave us everything, claiming they didn't owe us anything.
There were 3 other pissed off customers in the store who had waited 30 + minutes and wanted refunds, but were so furious they just walked out.
As a former McDonalds employee, I am appauled at how bad service has become inside the restaurants. Its not just this location, as I have experienced this same lousy service in Colorado. All they seem to care about is drive thru times, and customers in the store are almost completely ignored. We placed our order at 10:13 and walked out at 11am without our missing sandwiches. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Corporate needs to do some soul searching, and have breakfast at a Chik-fil-a, where they can study what real customer service looks like.
