It is rare to find a place that has great food, an upscale vibe, and is family friendly. Noe met all these things and exceeded our expectations!
I reserved an early dinner here a month before our trip for my husband’s birthday. Our 13 month old was fussy and I was worried she would disturb the peace of this place but the staff and other guests were SO nice. They gave her a coloring book, offered guests umbrellas when it started to drizzle, and we never felt rushed during our entire dinner. This was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had- it was just a lovely experience.
I loved the our server’s wine recommendation. The signature pasta was amazing as expected, the ahi as well. And the BREAD/olive oil/tapenade was so good. I probably could have done without the farm salad I got though- it kinda had clashing flavors.
We would love to come back here in the future- the ambiance and experience were wonderful.
Favorite dinner spot at the Four Seasons. Food, service, and ambiance was exceptional. 10/10 recommend!
Noe is more than just a dining experience the outdoor patio setting is peaceful and romantic. The food is so delicious. We experienced a curated dinner with discussions and descriptions of each plate ordered with the informative wait staff. Making our dinner experience seamless. And adding a pleasant surprise for dessert to celebrate our Anniversary.
Great service, atmosphere and food. Drinks are a little pricey but made to perfection!
My rating takes into account the taste and the price they were charging.
I’m going to rank the food we ate in order of favorite to least favorite:
Signature tagliatelle: truffle mushroom pasta. Can’t really go wrong. The pasta has a really good bite to it.
Filet mignon: we upgraded to Wagyu. The meat was really tender. It had this interesting celery sauce (ik, doesn’t sound good) that added an additional dimension of umami.
Whipped ricotta: surprisingly good! The whipped ricotta pairs really well with the honeycomb and the focaccia bread which is doughy and tastes pretty good. Side note: they also serve the same focaccia bread as a starter with really good olive oil and olives.
King crab pasta: pretty good. The flavor weirdly reminded me of tomyum…which is good but I wasn’t expecting it
Tuna tataki: solid, but I feel like the fish wasn’t as fresh
Jidori chicken: I had high hopes for this one but the chicken tasted weirdly sour. Might just be me and I don’t really like capers, but I felt like the use of capers here was not very balanced.
The biggest disappointment that made me rate the food four stars instead of five was the beautiful olive cake: it was very sweet, I was imagining a light subtle flavor with hints of olive. The cake was also very dense but not in a good way. The coconut ice cream tasted like straight up vanilla.
Amazing dining experience, super friendly staff and beautiful atmosphere. They were super accommodating and made our special occasion even better. The food was unbelievable the whipped ricotta and the veal Milanese were phenomenal. Cocktails were great. Special thanks to our server Sherri for an amazing dining experience.
My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at NOE restaurant, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was simply breathtaking.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive, and he made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the evening.
The food was truly outstanding. We started with a delicious appetizer, followed by a perfectly cooked main course. The flavors were complex and nuanced, and the presentation was simply stunning.
The atmosphere at NOE is also very special. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the lighting is soft and romantic. It's the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at NOE restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience.
Not true Italian when you’re from Chicago. Food was just ok but the price wasn’t worth it.
The best restaurant by a wide margin in Oahu. Their pasta 🍝 are the best I ever tried. I also ordered the lobster and it was amazing. Our server was Joshua and he was excellent. The meal was expensive but definitely worth it
Delicious and creative pasta, sauces and menu choices! Every year is unique and superbly wonderful! Highly recommend this wonderful setting and amazing restaurant!
PS
The truffle pasta dish is 'to die for' 😋 🫶👍👏

The service staff at Noe were excellent, but the food was awful. The olive oil for the bread was oxidized—how is it being stored? The $130 seasonal white truffle pasta was served cold, and the truffle aroma was completely gone. The focaccia was not tasty, and the main fish dish was just average.
They did waive the cost of the white truffle pasta, but the overall experience was very disappointing.
The day before, we dined at Mina’s Fish, a restaurant in the same hotel, and it was flawless. We love the Four Seasons Hotel and have stayed many times, even living in the residences at one point. One of the defining qualities of FS is the high standard of its restaurants.
Having traveled to Italy many times, I’ve had white truffle pasta that left a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that.
Inside four seasons hotel Oahu! Very high quality Italian restaurant! All dishes are well cooked! High quality and delicious. White truffle pasta are absolutely amazing. Tiramisu dessert are divined. Highly recommended
Excellent ambiance and service. Food was somewhat tasteless. The desserts proved to be their culinary expertise.
Great vibes, Noe signature pasta was very tasty. We stayed at Aulani and walked to Four Seasons for food.
The food was really good, it was worth the higher prices for sure and we will be back to try some other dishes. Our server Kyle and the rest of the staff were all great and attentive. The outdoor dining area at the four seasons was perfect.
