We had a fabulous lunch. Considering it was busy we were sat right away. My husband got the French Dip (his favorite dish), I got the Crab BLT and my daughter the meatballs and pasta. We also got a Lava Flow and Coconut Mint Mojito. Everything was delicious!! Mahalo🤙

We only had to wait ten minutes one time for a table. The other times we walked right in. The salmon is amazing. My teen son loved the chicken pasta dish. Our servers were prompt and polite. Dinner for two with mocktails was under $100. For what we had we thought the prices were reasonable, considering it is a beach resort and Disney. Nice breeze, poolside with a bit of view of colors from sunset. Quite pleasant.

NO TIP PROMPT! So you don’t have to feel like crap while you’re on vacation. Same price as Four Seasons coffee shop but you get more coffee. Four seasons is a bit better, but not enough to overcome the lack of anxiety when you present your card and that’s the end of it. Lovely experience

did you seriously get rid of the huli huli chicken? that was the one good thing and basically the only hawaiian thing on your menu

We ate at Off the Hook tonight! The service was amazing! I am not a drinker but occasionally will have a drink. I’m pretty picky and don’t like that strong alcohol flavor. I loved this drink at Disney called Magical Star. I was asking the lady if any drinks were similar and she looked at the ingredients and went and made me that drink! It was amazing to have such good service! The food was also great! Highly recommend the steak!

As longtime Disney fans, we were really looking forward to visiting this resort, to shop, dine, and see if it would be a good fit for our next stay on the island. Unfortunately, we left incredibly disappointed. We’ve traveled around the world to experience different Disney resorts and have always felt that signature Disney magic. Sadly, that was completely missing here. Most of the staff we encountered, especially at this restaurant, were surprisingly rude and unwelcoming. It felt nothing like the warm, guest-focused service Disney is known for. While we did come across a few friendly employees in the resort itself, the overall atmosphere was a letdown. Based on this experience, we won’t be booking a stay here or planning a return visit. Don’t recommend.

Coffee bar in the morning. Great food for lunch or dinner. We ate here multiple times during our stay. The onion rings were amazing.

18% automated gratuities if you order from app for self pickup. The audacity of this place when you pickup your own food. There's no AC in the restaurant, so it's unbearable during a hot day.

Our child’s burger arrived with an insect crawling on it & they tried to serve it anyway. No apologies or offer to take care of the meal even though we had to wait another 10 minutes for the new food to come out. Know you are getting the same food that you can order from the beach chairs. We get better service at our local Chick fil A. View is nice but you hear the screaming of kids at the adjacent pool area. We spent $200 for 2 adults & 3 kids. Go elsewhere for the price - would be better to eat at chairs in a quieter location unless you want the TV for a game & can deal with the noise from pools nearby.

Great place to eat. We stopped for dinner and had a great meal. I ordered a lobster roll, others got the club sandwich and pasta. They were generous portions and tasty. Pricing was resort level which meant $100+ with tax and tip. More than I'd like but understandable. Good overall. We liked it and would come again.

Beautiful atmosphere at this casual spot located in Aulani Resort. This was the first spot my family and I ate in the resort. We got on appetizer two entrees and one kids meal. We got the onion rings to start, I ordered the Hulu Huli chicken, my wife got the French Dip and our daughter ordered the chicken strips. We paid about $150 with the tip for all of that with one alcoholic drink and a mocktail. Everything g was reasonably priced for the portions in my opinion with the exception of the kids strips which was $19 for three stripes and fries with a chocolate milk ans a small bag of Maui potato chips. Over all everything tasted pretty good and everything was beautifully plated. Our server was amazing and gave us great advice about the resort.
