This place has got my order right the last 2 times I have ordered. This time it's royally messed up way under portioned the packages were not sealed and it caused the food to get everywhere upon delivery. Literally 55 dollars out the door I wish this on nobody. Avoid this

I love Panda Express, but this location sucks. The owners should really look into this location. The food always looks like it's been sitting out for hours. It takes forever for the staff to acknowledge you, and when they do, they are impatient and rude. Why work in customer service is you clearly don't enjoy working with people. I'll go to a different location from now on.

Forgot my large order of crab Rangoons when I ordered delivery, just game me a small. No one picked up phone when I called. Crab Rangoon is wet in bag and not crispy.

The food is soggy. Customer service needs improvement. I wanted being beef and there was one serving left. I asked if they could make a new one. The location was not busy at the time. One of them said okay and the other was like no its fresh and still crispy. She was incredible pushy about it, I ordered it and it was soggy. I came back to return it.

This location has to be the worst location on the west side. After today, I rather go to the location across Kapolei Walmart. I should be checking my food more often before eating but half way through I noticed my cabbage in my chow mein black. At first, I thought it was just burnt from cooking but after taking a closer look, the cabbage was molded. I will never visit this location again. Also, do not order the black pepper steak. Paid extra for it just to have 2 small pieces. It was basically filled with red peppers and onions which I'm pretty sure you don't pay the premium price for that. How can they be so greedy for something you paid extra for.

This is a nice place for kid's to eat at my daughter love's this place and they have alot of options to choose from to make sure the kid's get there vegetables ?.Vegetarian options: There are some pretty good veggies options hereKid-friendliness: There are kid's options here and they love the Fortune cookies.Parking: Lot's of parking as it is up at the mall just don't go on the weekends as it can be hard to find parking spotsWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at the main entrance if you want to stroll up here
Honestly speaking, I like Panda Express and I buy them all the time. But this store is the worst. The cooks are very bad that they are not serious to make foods. Don’t go there until they switch to new cooks.

If you come during the day you're fine but anytime after 7:30 PM it's just scraps. The staff will not make more for you and some of it's been sitting out awhile. During the day it's as expected! Orange chicken fried rice/super greens and the other entrée doesn't matter!! Delicious most the time!

Probably the worse Pandas i've been too on the island. They literally had nothing made when I went ! I had to wait 20-25 mins for them when it was suppose to be 5-7mins they said smh. The guy barely gave rice and chow fun. They all look irritated like they didn't wanna be there. If you want a good panda that give tons of food ! Panda in Ward and Pandas in Kapolei near home depot. They will pack that mfkr like there's no tomorrow ! I do not recommend kamakanas panda to anyone. Hopefully the food will taste good bc it looks old from the ones I got originally.

Ka Makana Alii location has got to be the worst in all of west side. Food quality 1 star. The noodles are dry. The orange chicken is over cooked and hard. The food options are at bare minimum. And I went during peak daytime hours AND this isn't the first time. And not to mention the customer service is at minimum requirements. Fail.
