In addition to Bronson’s exemplary customer service the pizza was seriously the best. We are loyal Dominoes customers but after tonight we will be customers of Papa John’s! Papa Johns is better than Dominoes!! The pizza was baked to perfection and it wasn’t salty at all. The only feedback I have is that their light for the business is out and we couldn’t see them from the parking lot.

Papa John used Door Dash to deliver our pizza. The driver picked up our pizza and apparently needed gas so he stopped for gas. Pizza ready at 4:14pm Received pizza at 4:48. Should have been a 10 min drive. Driver received a 20% tip and when asked…” Had to get gas” …That’s not ok! Pizza was lukewarm warm! I had no choice of delivery and driver was not prompt in delivery!

The people that work in this establishment are great, top notch folks! I wouldn’t give ZERO stars because of the workers but when I walked in to get my online order I could barely breathe, it’s like a sweat shop in this location and the owners should be ashamed really!!! Although the workers are great, for this reason I’d never order here again because clearly the owner doesn’t deserve to be an owner working people in this type of environment!!!

They really took the time and effort to hear what I had to say. And they made it right. With out a doubt 10/10 customer service! Thank you both for your exceptional service! Ordered at 5 pm and requested the 2 pizza order at 6 pm. Jessica from Door Dash finally delivered at 7:48 pm. The pizza was not warm, my family was hangry and I wish I did not tip in advance $10. I don’t know who is at fault, but I will NEVER order for delivery again from this Papa John. Since Door Dash delivers the pizzas, you’re better off driving down yourself and carrying out.

How many times do I have to order and pay for garlic butter only to find none added to my box? It’s ok I don’t need to waste $40 on another subpar over tomato sauced pizza anyways.
Oh man, I hate that I have to write this review because I love Papa John’s (the only one in my family who does). Now I see why they’re not fans... I placed my order online, and the delivery took way longer than expected. The app kept updating, and it seemed like the time from pickup to delivery just kept stretching. That’s on me for not checking, but I later realized that Papa John’s partners with DoorDash for delivery - which, in my opinion, isn’t the best choice. Our delivery driver, Daniel, was very apologetic about the delay, but when I opened the pizza boxes… they were cold. Like cardboard cold. Gross. I tried calling Papa John’s multiple times, but either no one picked up, or the line disconnected when they did. Super frustrating. Looks like my family wins this round... Pizza Hut or Domino's it is!

This Papa John's has been my go-to pizza place for the past 5 years, and the quality of the pizza and their service have always been outstanding. I normally order carry-out and it has never been delayed or poorly made even when they are busy during the weekends. And you cannot beat the Web Wednesday deal for carry-out. It's great to have a place like this that serves quality food in our neighborhood. I highly recommend any of their specialty pizzas!

We ordered delivery from here while staying at a resort nearby. They sent the order via DoorDash which we never received and when we called to report the problem, it never actually connects to the store. Complete scam! Maybe pick up is better but avoid delivery at all cost. Currently on the phone with my credit card company.

$46 for a large stuffed crust?? Seriously...the pizza is always burnt and not only that but they charge $6.99 for a delivery fee then have door dash deliver it and they keep the delivery fee. The driver doesn't see but $2 of it. Corporate greed if I've ever seen it! The driver deserves that money plus tip. When I worked as a delivery driver we got to keep our delivery fees plus tips.

I placed a delivery order at exactly 5:15pm the person taking the order told me it would take 40-55 minutes for the pizza to arrive. Time goes by and I have been waiting for over 2 hours!!!!
