Food is 5 stars! The Pho was great! The porkchop, Thai Tea, and Fried Chicken were all incredible! The portions were probably the largest we’ve had so far!
Service was amazing! They were quick. We got seated asap. Orders were taken less than 2-3 minutes after we got seated. Food was delivered with an appropriate waiting time. If you need help or have questions they will help/answer you nicely.
Location is great! A lot of parking. Safe area.
Price for the portion sizes are all reasonable.
Restaurant was clean and didn’t smell dirty at all.

Think I found my new fav Pho spot on the west side. The portions are huge, broth is on point. Fresh veggies. 2nd time here in a week 🤣, every dish coming out looks 🔥🔥🔥, I’ll be back to try the lemon grass chicken and Kalbi cause that was a mountain of food. Post workout meal must try 🤔 😁

Tried this spot for the first time and really liked it! I got the oxtail pho and my husband had the beef stew. The pho was super flavorful and came in a good-sized bowl. My husband said the stew was really tasty—meat was tender and the flavor was solid, not bland at all.
We also grabbed a strawberry smoothie (really good) and we had the Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. It was pretty good, though we wouldn’t have minded a bit more condensed milk to sweeten it up.
Prices were fair for the portions, lots of menu options, plenty of seating, and the staff was really polite. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For years, we've been dining at Pho 97 One in Waimalu Shopping Center—usually once or twice a week. The food is consistently delicious, the portions are incredibly generous, and the prices are hard to beat.
What really keeps us coming back is the warm, friendly service. The owner’s family works there, and they treat every customer like part of their ohana.
My go-to order: the combination pho (medium), papaya salad, summer rolls, tapioca dessert, and iced coffee—always satisfying!
Even now that they’ve opened a location in Kapolei, we still happily drive from Pearl City to enjoy a comforting meal with family and friends. Highly recommend!

At $29 for the short rib pho, I felt like I got my moneys worth with the quality and amount of meat that was given.
I typically eat my pho with plenty of sriracha and hoisin sauce, but their broth was actually to perfection that it didn’t need anything else added.
Service was good, and restaurant had a very clean and modern ambiance.
Highly recommend, as this will be my go-to pho shop 🤙🏽

4.5 /5 stars, went during lunch. fast service ordered #18 standard steak and brisket pho, lots of meat and lots of veggies (they give jalapeños too). Soup wasn’t as anise-flavored as I prefer but still beefy. Does taste a but salty like beef cubes were added to facilitate the broth flavor. Only other thing is the soup cooled off a little too fast, with the all the fans. They are everywhere but it’s cool inside the restaurant. Restaurant is new so nice and clean. For the pho purists, the Steak is thick like some places on mainland but cheap, fast and good! Who says you can’t have it all?

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this pho place was disappointing. The customer service was terrible from the start. We were seated, but the staff seemed to completely ignore our table. It took a long time just to get someone to take our order, and even longer to flag someone down for the check. We had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to pay and leave and the whole time, the worker kept walking past us like we weren’t even there. It felt like our table was invisible. The food might be decent, but the service made the entire experience frustrating. Definitely not coming back.

I just order Bun Bo Hue (Hue Hot N' Spicy Beef Soup). It did not taste like Hue Hot N' Spicy Beef Soup , It tasted like spicy beef stew with fresh rice vermicelli and chunks of beef, not traditional sliced beef.When I called to complain, he pretended like he did not understand and he hung up on me.
