The broth was too salty, fatty, and just did not taste good. First and last time here. Unfortunately this was one of the worst Phos I’ve had anywhere

I absolutely love Vietnamese food. The first time I came here I ordered the sizzling crepes, bánh xèo. It was fantastic! I've been back here several more times after that. I were always order the same thing, bánh xèo, along with several other new dishes. So far I didn't really think that the other dishes were any special. They were all just okay. The disappointing thing is that as I keep coming, my favorite dish gets worse and worse. The last few times didn't have some of the herbs. This time my crepes were extra greasy to the point where there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the plate. I used two napkins to soak up as much oil as I can and there was still more. Once again the only herbs I got were the basil. It did come with a little bit of cucumber and pickled daikon and carrots. The problem with those were they look as if they were really old. There was a lot of discoloration and the cucumbers were starting to shrivel up and wilt. One upside was that it was really crispy. Another thing was they increased their prices for a lot of their dishes. Some were crazy high. For example, summer rolls are usually $7 to $9 at most places. It was $15 here. I wouldn't mind paying more if there was more to it. There wasn't any cucumbers, pickles, bean sprouts or any herbs inside. I was very disappointed with it and especially for the price that we paid. I don't know if I will be coming back. Don't get me wrong. I would not discourage anyone from coming to eat here. It's not bad, it's just okay but pricey.

Over priced food which wasn’t the best. The reason I will never come here again is because of the rude server. We ordered our Pho and then my daughter decided she wanted some spring rolls. So when our Pho came she asked the lady if we could order some. Then our waiter comes back and asks if we added some springs rolls. Then he tells us that it’s an appetizer and next time we need to order that first. How rude! You don’t get to tell me how to order my food. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The food definitely doesn’t match the price. And service is terrible. Save yourself time and money by going someplace else.

Very overpriced for the lack of quality you receive. I ordered the bun rieu, rice plate with bbq chicken and spring rolls, and the meatball with rare beef steak pho. The bun rieu came with ONE crab/pork meatball. The spring rolls with the rice dish was so over fried, it just tasted horrible. The pho was mediocre as the broth was overseasoned. The atmosphere of the restaurant felt like I was in a tacky run down karaoke bar from the 90s. Just overall do not recommend.
Love the food and the excellent service.

We went there Tuesday about 230p. It has a free parking lot and also street parking available. I will usually go to pho one because it's one of the rare places that serve the crab meat soup. We had the spring rolls, seafood pho and the crab meat soup.
1- sorting rolls is good and not oily. It comes with lettuce, noodles & sauce
2- soup base is good even though you don't b like putting anything in it, but there are the typical hot chili, hit chili oil, sriracha, hoisin and if you want... fish sauce. The pho as usual has the veggies... sprouts, basil, jalapeño, lemon

The restaurant was ok. It wasn't quite for me. The food we ordered wasn't very flavorful. The biggest disappointment was the ribs and rice, where they gave tons of rice, but not much meat.
Kid-friendliness: It is a kid friendly restaurant.

Food is bad bad. I odered papayasalad & shimps is beef wrap and vegies. We canmake own rolls.Salada I cold not eat even one bite and wrap could not eat. I told them they should try eat once at Pho one at Kapiolani.
I recently dined at Pho One, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was incredibly fresh, bursting with flavors that made each bite delightful. The standout, however, was the excellent service provided by a male server. His attentiveness and professionalism added to the overall positive atmosphere. The restaurant was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming environment.I highly recommend Pho One for anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience in Kapolei!
