This is my most favorite Pizza Hut. The manager is so nice and accommodating and all the workers are pleasant. They also keep it really clean. I miss the buffet but understand how the world of covid is right now.
Online ordering was easy, pick up at counter was easy plus there was an option to do curbside. Staff was friendly and courteous, food was ok.... we didnt get our marinara sauce with our 2 orders of cheese bread. My daughter always looks forward to that. ;(

I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. It included free cinnamon sticks as a birthday present. However, the Kapolei rep. Marisa(sp?) took care of the problem and notified the Kaneohe store to include the free cinnamon sticks. When I got to the Kaneohe store the pizza and cinnamon sticks were ready to go and very delicious!
