Our server Quinn was great! My son ordered the rib eye but they ran out right before our order so we changed it to the filet mignon medium rare. When the food came out it was overcooked to Medium well & I told Quinn it was overcooked. They took care of it right away with a new one that was perfect. The main dishes tool a little long from appetizers like 35mins but with live music it didn't feel bad. The young live singer was really good! In the end we had a celebration...
We dined here on Thanksgiving, one of the busiest days of the year. In spite of the holiday, they served an amazing a la carte menu in addition to their special Thanksgiving menu. We ate a la carte to enjoy the signature dishes they are known for (Roy's combo, Chinese preparation local Red Snapper which was in season). The food was phenomenal. Food is always great at Roy's. Love the appetizer spare ribs so much, I order that for dinner. If new to Roys, the appetizer canoe is a great offering to try a bit of everything. Servers are well trained to be present and attentive but non-intrusive at the same time. Highly recommend dining here.
