I get this coupon from Cupcakes and Things and when I go there to get my 20% off I'm told that I don't have enough points to redeem the 20%. False advertising. Poor customer service and shady business practices. I recommend not going here.

Wow! 5:30pm on a Monday and there’s only two checkers??? There was over 20 people in the lines, with no self check out. I can’t believe you don’t have more checkers on staff at a very busy time of day.

I have stopped shopping at this Safeway due to the Employees, mainly the Cashiers, aren’t very courteous and they are always talking about other staff while scanning customers items. The Cashiers also look like they hate their job, and I feel I’m interrupting or disturbing them when I get into their line. The Produce aren’t has fresh like before, there is no “Meat” department with a butcher like they had before also. I’ve been doing my grocery shopping at Costco, and for smaller items, it’s either Target or Foodland. Safeway Kapolei was great when they first opened, but I feel they have gone down tremendously as far as their employees and produce.

i was so dissapointed that i wont be able to get a refund for cancelling my order with ample of time its not a last minute cancellation though its like 2 wks cancellation and all they have to do is to have it instore credit which is very dissapointing...

I just want to say a special thank you to Cupcakes and Things for going above and beyond for my sister during her time of need. The desserts were amazing and Herbert is the best. Im in TN and he personally took care of the order I wanted to send to my sister, who just lost her husband. I cannot express in words just how grateful we are for his kindness.
