Went into Starbucks and notice the staff was short handed so I waited in line until the staff was ready to help me. Another customer tried to cut in line and when I intervened and explained to JOSHUA that I was kindly waiting till the time was right for THEM all I got was attitude and the worse service. You think being understanding towards the staff they would appreciate it and welcome you for patiently waiting but I guess not thank you JOSHUA.

i had placed a drive up pickup, and also had a starbucks chai with oat milk and cinnamon powder in my order. it was brought to me and instantly i noticed there wasn’t any cinnamon as requested, and after one sip i could taste that there was cows milk in it so it was CLEAR they didn’t read any of the notes. I am HIGHLY allergic to cows milk (i have an epi pen), and paid the extra fee for the oat milk. I walked into the store to let the baristas know the mistake and that i’m very allergic and politely asked them to remake it. i had to interrupt their conversation with each other to get them to even notice me standing there at the counter. the one lady briefly said oh sorry, then proceeded to re make it all the while the three of them were making jokes about it, saying “ok who made this??” and laughing “ok hahaha your definitely getting fired for this hahaha” and laughing about it after i had told them how serious it is. this is serious for me, and if i had drank more of the drink i would have needed to be rushed to the hospital. this treatment of customers is unacceptable. no one should ever feel bad because of the mistake the barista made or their allergy. as a food business they should be trained that this is not something you should joke about EVER and you should be aware and respectful. and honestly , do your job and read the order notes! if your company is charging a customer for dairy alternative THE DRINK BETTER HAVE THE DAIRY ALTERNATIVE . im not a karen and i never even write reviews on places but i need to share my experience as a warning for anyone going to the kapolei target starbucks!!

If you can choose between the other very near by Starbucks, 338 Kamōkila, I 100% recommend going to that one. I hate this location…. Consistently RUDE people working and the parking lot gets so chaotic… and I can’t emphasize enough how immature and unpleasant the staff are.

I’m at target all the time & I was helped by Blane a few times. (I believe that’s his name)I got to say I love his customer service! You will definitely start or end your day on a good note! ? Even when they’re super busy, he always have a nice attitude! ? I work in customer service too so when I see people give great customer service (which sometimes makes people’s day) I make sure I leave a good review .
