Love this Starbucks at Ko Olina! It’s perfectly located right in the middle of the resort—so convenient for a quick coffee fix between meetings or while on the go. Plenty of parking on the premises, and the team here is always friendly, fast, and welcoming. Service is consistently spectacular! They’ve already rolled out the festive Christmas cups, adding that extra touch of holiday cheer to every visit. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m at the resort!

Tried the iced gingerbread oat milk chai and it was delicious. I didn’t have any interaction with the staff to comment on but they made a great drink. 👍🏽. I was a little sad that they were out of the iced pumpkin spice chai but it pushed me to try something else. Great holiday tea. Not too sweet and not an overpowering gingerbread flavor.

A store that plays with prices on tourists. They didn't even ask for the tip percentage and the staff paid whatever they wanted, and even though the menu was the same as Starbucks at other branches, the price was extremely high twice. Eat well and live well^^

The default tip is 20% and it’s awkward to do any less on tiny buttons. I don’t like when stores do this. Cappuccino tastes like scalding milk.
