A store that plays with prices on tourists. They didn't even ask for the tip percentage and the staff paid whatever they wanted, and even though the menu was the same as Starbucks at other branches, the price was extremely high twice. Eat well and live well^^

Great speedy service and a friendly staff. My go too when I’m staying at the Ko Olina resorts

The default tip is 20% and it’s awkward to do any less on tiny buttons. I don’t like when stores do this. Cappuccino tastes like scalding milk.

$4 for a black coffee. Ugh. Service was not good for me.
Typical Starbucks with the food and drinks they serve, service was quite slow compared to normal Starbucks service.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and wide doors.

Had the egg white bites and a nitro cold brew. No wait time at all.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had a Starbucks in a while! The staff members were all super quick, friendly, and helpful. The place was clean and well organized inside and the coffee was great. There’s not too much room to sit inside, but that’s no problem at all. Overall I’d definitely recommend stopping by here. ?☕️

this is the worst of worst Starbucks I've ever went worldwide, including Korea, the US, Canada, Europe, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, etc. I ordered one tall brewed coffee and one grande coffee, but only got one tall brewed coffee. After the staff noticed that I didn't get what I ordered (about 20 minutes after, and nobody else was waiting) the staff gave me a tall brewed coffee (which was supposed to be a grande). the worst experience in Hawaii and the worst experience with Starbucks. I regret that I gave some tip on order. Isn't the meaning of the tip that the service I got was satisfying? why do I have to give the tip on order, not after I've got what I ordered?

This is the Starbucks at Ko Olina Station at Aulani.
It's the same as the Starbucks in town.

Fact: This location is inside the Ko'olina Resort so one can/should expect "Resort price" on your purchase. But...Enjoy your food and coffee, juice, Refresher and the Aloha.Fact: The staff here are AWESOME! They are patient, understanding and take the time to explain the menu to everyone. I am local and I truly don't mind how long it takes to get to the front of the line because of how they treat their customers. Mahalo. ?
Parking: There is a 15 minute grace period to park for free. So if you're driving to this location, take advantage of the mobile ordering for a quick grab and go.

Don’t bother we had to leave twice because our order took over twenty minutes and we had to leave without the order. Worst service Starbucks we have ever been too. Why does it take so long here? We were the first to arrive when they opened and still took that long?

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and drinks and food came out quickly. It's conveniently located in Ko Olina Center, so it's easy to pop in for a coffee or snack while shopping. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!
