Just ordered a coffee today, ordered 2 ventis and received one grande and the venti was not even half full. One was supposed to be a caramel macchiato but it was just regular coffee with milk. Very disappointed that i spent my money on something and didn't receive what I ordered. Would have asked to correct it at the time but it was picked up by someone else that wasn't aware it was wrong.

I often visit this location between shifts to enjoy a quick bite but it was incredibly hard today being that most seats were covered with boxes. I usually am able to find a seat to do work no problem but the manager wouldn’t even allow me to charge my phone at the station because her interview had “priority seating”. I did not know that paying customers could get denied seating let alone a place to charge my phone. Not to mention, I already bought my drink & bakery item, which was overcooked. Good thing the starbucks down the road doesn’t discriminate.

I’ve been to many Starbucks stores, but this one is by far one of the worst in terms of everyone’s VOLUME. The baristas there (especially one in particular) talk story at an uncomfortably loud and eardrum-piercing volume. This is all on top of the music playing at full blast and the baristas pulling drawers open and slamming them shut. My ears were ringing every time one of them called out customers’ names and orders. So unnecessarily loud!

I get that noise is a given wherever you go, but there’s a certain point where you have to think: Why am I talking at the top of my lungs at every given moment?

Thank you to Kapolei Starbucks for helping me out! I was having such a bad morning and went to Waipahu Starbucks for a pick me up and they accidentally forgot the milk in my iced coffee, I was so bummed. I swung by the Kapolei location and explained what happened and they graciously, with a laugh and smile, gave me milk for my iced coffee. Made my day, thank you!

Very slow. And no hospitality at all.
I ordered chocolate croissant in store, I had to wait more than10min.
Also tables are always dirty, I have never seen any of them employee clean them tables.

Great for grabbing a quick bite. Clean dining room, ok parking lot. Food quality is consistent, even with other locations. Good place to work or study if you go when it's not busy.
