I was having such a bad morning and went to Waipahu Starbucks for a pick me up and they accidentally forgot the milk in my iced coffee, I was so bummed. I swung by the Kapolei location and explained what happened and they graciously, with a laugh and smile, gave me milk for my iced coffee. Made my day, thank you!

Very slow. And no hospitality at all. I ordered chocolate croissant in store, I had to wait more than10min. Also tables are always dirty, I have never seen any of them employee clean them tables.

Restrooms are filthy. Looks like one of those gas station restrooms in the boonies. When I went in there soap was stained on the wall. Mirror was missing and when I went to advise the staff, they didn’t do anything about it and said it looks fine to them next time I’ll take a picture

i usually order a tall caramel ribbon crunch crème frappuccino, and it turned out great! the service is good, the wait time about 5-10 minutes. they also have a bathroom that requires a code. ★彡
