I see low stars/reviews of this Subway and it's confusing. I've ordered there in person and through the SUBWAY APP (IMPORTANT) and never have ANY issues. As Subways go they're all pretty much the same but it's the employees, THIS STORE ACCEPTS PROMOS through the APP, and delivers via DoorDash through the app, and if anything is wrong on delivery they'll fix it or DoorDash will. I believe the negative reviews may be on the delivery people. ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THE APP, get the promos, and download the app for the promos/rewards. Try to remember that if you get ANY food delivered from anywhere that a problem may have happened during delivery. ENJOY!

I ordered a 6inch online and put special instruction to cut it in half and to have it toasted when I arrived a young male helped me and he said oh...did you order a 6 inch and I said yes and he said oh sorry we made it a foot long and I just thought in my head that's a pleasant surprise lol. I then proceeded to ask if I can order the soup and helped me, he was pleasant. Suddenly, one of the "seasoned" female worker asked to look at my sandwich and stated it's supposed to be a 6 inch and asked the other female worker to cut it in half. The other worker grabbed the sandwich cut it half and put one half into the the bag. Not one time did any of those two female workers acknowledged me, asked if they can remove the sandwich from the bag, apologize or explain to me their mistake or purpose. Just seemed a bit rude and stingy to me. I honestly don't care if I just got what I ordered, the 6 inch, but how they handled it was so weird. They also did not cut my 6 inch in half or toast it. I hope they gave the other half to someone in need

Really annoying when an entire section of the menu is unavailable because they run out of steak in the middle of a Tuesday. Lame.

A small hole in the wall at the KaMakana Alii shopping center. Store was clean, staff professional, sanitary, respectful, and fast! I just went with my daughter yesterday and was very impressed by Justin's speedy sandwich making. I usually have runny sandwiches that fall apart because of too much of the condiments added however, I ate in the food court and was very impressed because my Spicy Italian sandwich was not runny, not falling apart, not drenched in oil, vinegar, mayo, mustard and was wrapped securely just how I like it! Looking forward to returning to this store again! Thank you Justin!!!!

I placed my order online and had so much trouble! Gosh, I thought technology is supposed to make things easier. I wanted to place the order online so I could use a special. Although, I think it's better to go in person, then your sandwiches won't be soggy. It seems as if portion sizes got a little smaller, or is it because I ordered it online, so you don't get to watch them make it. If you're watching them, you could sort of dictate how much veggies you want. You do have that option online, though it's still different.

Scrawny Salad for $8.74. They charge $2.00 for tap water. We will go to another subway before coming to the mall. We use to come here almost everyday after we exercised.

tried the FLBogo code Buy 1 get 1 footlong. worked for lunch all I needed was to send it but we decided to order for dinner. 3hrs later store not participating. Called and mgr and she honored in house. today 2 days later I rcvd my own email. FLBogo did not work. Mgr not in and Dea?? would not honor. Asked her to spell her name and she hung up. Called back 2 immediately 3 more times and they don't answer. I was really proud that the mgr helped Thurs but now I just not sure. I know at least this store should honor it since it worked 2 days ago. Other stores say if it doesn't work they are not participating.Crazy not good at all!

Moves way to slow, Sandwich was made poorly and put wrong toppings. Had to repeat entire order more than 4 times

Barely 1 star. Third time ordering from here. Sandwiches are always sloppy and soaked. There's barely any ice in the fountain drink. Do better Subway.

Unsanitary. Unfortunately I did not get the workers name. However, I caught the worker locking his fingers after making and closing someone else soup. I felt very uncomfortable and had to ask a different worker to make my food.
I personally love this location. however, while i was waiting to order my food. I caught one of the workers, licking their fingers after making someone elses soup. He wants to help me but i now feel uncomfortable to order from this particular person bc with it being covid time, i really felt unsafe about the person making my food. I did not catch his name but just want to put it out there that, that was gross. However, i did wait for someone else to make my sandwich. and is giving Keolu a 10/10 for being very understanding and taking the time to make my sandwich.

The hours posted on the door indicated that they were open until 7:30 pm. I was in line outside with several other people. At 6:00 an employee opened the door and said they were closed. A woman in line asked about the hours. The employee said she had told the manager the sign was wrong. When a guy asked if they would serve the people that had been standing in line for 15 minutes she said "nope, it is what it is" and closed the door.
