Service was super slow, totally over priced for the food we got. My steak was over cooked and the lamb was terrible. Only good thing was the appetizer shrimp we ordered. Oh and whatever you do don’t order the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were terrible. The place was beautiful though. Three stars for the decor.

My husband and I were excited to try because the happy hour but saw the prices for the cocktails were $10 each. So much for a happy hour price. Waited so long to get our food just for my chicken to be completely raw and my husbands steak too rare. The portions were so small we left hungry. By the time the server came back with my food my husband was already done with his plate. The mashed potatoes had no flavor. Definitely will not be returning. Even the couple sat next to us had to send food back for being raw and flavorless. Very disappointing.

We celebrated many birthdays in the family by having supper at Sugarcane. Around six o'clock on a random Monday evening, this establishment was relatively deserted but quickly began to fill up as the night dragged on. You are able to make bookings via the website. The level of service is remarkable. Very kind and helpful personnel! The ambiance is quite pleasant. It was almost like being in a high-tech office, complete with a variety of tables and seats.

When I came to this business in December 2021. Sugarcane was amazing! My wife finally arrives on island and I tell her all about this place. I finally get her here and what do we get? Long wait times for our food, raw gristle heavy steak, dry mashed potatoes, and spoiling lobster (had a windex taste). The lamb and mule was very good. I don’t know if they went under new management or were bought. But this place was scaled way down in quality of menu options, food, and staff.If we come back to this place, I hope they turn around. That’s how good they used to be.

It was the best steak I have ever tried, tender, delicious. Definitely I'd come back to eat it again. And fillet minion with broccoli in kids menu it's something amazing, my daughter said it was very nice broccoli. Finally not only french fries in kids menu. Thank you ❤️

Why are you all taking reservations for a restaurant that is closed. I was really looking forward to a good dinner with my wife for our anniversary. we got there a little early and noticed that the restaurant lights were off and no one in sight. Reservations was at 7pm waited until 7:30 before we decided to have dinner elsewhere. On the way back to our car we passed by and for sure they we closed. Very upset that you all are still taking reservations, I'm sure my wife won't forget our 35th wedding anniversary that was ruined!

We had special guests come in from California wanted to take them there. When we got there it was closed not sure if temporary or for good. Heard the next day that there is a financial dispute with employees not getting paid. Recording still says they're open. Was really disappointed.
