I really want to live Sushi Bay. Please retrain your carry out staff. The attitude today was unbelievable. When someone asks for extra soy sauce, that means more than 2 total for the order. She said it was there and that she read the comments. She did not and I came back in. When I said something you would have thought that I challenges her personally. I didn’t ask to be snapped at. The eye rolls and total disregard for customers is horrible. Food is great, portions are good...
Great little sushi place in Kapolei. Comparable to other local on-demand sushi spots, Sushi Bay has great food, service time, and seating when we went. The selection isn't quite as large as some others, and a few items were just a little lacking, but still great. Would visit again. Mahalo

Atmosphere could use some work, only because for us Polynesian people, especially are bigger than Asians so its an adjustment when you need to walk up and in the way of ppl who phone order + the workers. The walkways are really petite.
