Great little sushi place in Kapolei. Comparable to other local on-demand sushi spots, Sushi Bay has great food, service time, and seating when we went. The selection isn't quite as large as some others, and a few items were just a little lacking, but still great. Would visit again. Mahalo
Lunch with family & cousins for a group of eight. Host made sure we would be comfortable and placed us in side by side booths to still be close together. Portions were absolutely worth the price especially when we could still share. Our host did give us a heads we would be getting a server still in training and politely asked for us to be patient. We were able to eat without being rushed and talk story and catch up.
As far as pricing and portion, you can't go wrong. 5 dishes and I'm so full. I always get the garlic hamachi and spicy hamachi. They even sold out of spicy hamachi while I was dining in, good thing I ordered mine before it was out. Service can get slow because of how busy it is. They get out the dine in orders and take out orders as fast as they can. Because of this, when I closed my check, I ordered take out and I was waiting for my takeout order for a while. Turns...
