They never can get my order right in Kapolei.
Order #366. 2nd week I ordered supreme tacos
Again NO TOMATO! After I complained and told the guy I never got no tomatoes last week. Make sure there is tomato. I get home and no tomato. Unreal. And they don’t answer there phone either. Why can’t they have an answering machine if they busy. Also last week there was 4 slivers of cheese. Rip off!
Frustrating and I’m not going to drive all the way back there!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Taco Bell however this location isn't the best. Every time I go in the drive thru it takes an act of Congress for them to get it right. When I dine in they are always missing multiple items from my order and when it's brought to the managers attention about the missing items there is little to no customer service. And yes I understand it's just fast food but if you aren't busy and have a kitchen full of employees there shouldn't be a reason for missing items.

Came in on a Saturday night and the food was quite empty (the filling inside of the Mexican pizza was spare) very little toppings etc.

Came again on Tuesday night and had planned to dine in - which the location says is open until atleast 12 am. However it was only 9:30 and the dine in was closed. Placed my order in the drive thru and staff forgot to give me part of my order. I then had to go back in the drive thru to let them know part of my order was missing and wait almost another 10 minutes, while the rest of my food got cold.

Would not recommend the food
or service.

At a little half passed midnight, This location got my order completely wrong. Should've known better but I only checked when I was in the freeway already. I tried to call a couple of times but got left with the busy tone. Workers must've given me someone else's order cause not even the drink sizes were correct. Paid more for less.

My kids got food poisoning from the steak quesadilla. You clowns serving people spoiled food knowing kids eat this too.

I had one of the worst fast-food experiences ever at the Taco Bell in Kapolei. If I could give zero stars, I would.

First off, the moment we walked in, we were met with absolute silence. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just blank, uncomfortable stares from the employees like we were intruding on their personal space. The energy was off, but we were hungry, so we placed our order.

I got a chicken quesadilla, and let me tell you, I have NEVER had a more bland, depressing excuse for food in my life. It was barely warm, the tortilla was chewy like it had been sitting out for hours, and the cheese wasn’t even fully melted. As for the chicken? Dry, flavorless, and tasted like it had been microwaved three times over. The signature creamy jalapeño sauce—literally the only thing that gives the quesadilla any flavor—was barely there. It was just sad.

To make matters worse, a few hours later, I was hit with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had. Stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting—the whole nine yards. This was the only thing I ate that day, so I know exactly where it came from.

Between the unfriendly staff, the uncomfortable atmosphere, and the completely inedible food that literally made me sick, I will NEVER be coming back here again. If you’re craving Taco Bell, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Fix yourselves because I genuinely feel as if this specific store needs to retrain on food safety and customer service.
