Nice tea flavor. Boba had a good texture. Even though only 1 person was working, our drinks came out relatively quickly. We got 75% sweet because we don't like it too sugary, but I think the drinks would have actually been even better with the normal 100% sweetness.

Callled many times for someone yo take my order … no one at the counter after 5mins came 2 ladies came out from the back. Menu board hasn’t changed in weeks. Coffee was 5.75 board said $3.00 music was blaring had a hard time ordering do loud. Cashiers were eating while they were making my drink. Really bad experience

February 2025 - Did management change or has there been a turnover in employees or both?! The appearance and feel of this location has changed. It seemed messy and run down. It feels more like a trinket shop than a coffee bar. What happened to the board games?...they've been replaced with a stack of used, beaten up kids books. The drinks have changed too. My Vietnamese coffee was watery. When I requested light ice I was told that he couldn't do that. I was confused...just put less ice. I used to love this place but now very disappointed and would not recommend coming here. Is it just this location or all?

Great selection of different types of tea. They also have coffee options, which is rare at bubble tea locations. Music can sometimes be a bit too loud, but that's the only negative I can think of.

Had to pay again for a drink i drop by accident that I didn’t even get to drink from and the second drink barely had any toppings compared to the first. Very disappointing!!
Underwhelming. Poor customer service, barely acknowledged I was there, tea was flat tasting and overall underwhelming. Maybe it was an off day because I’m not sure how their drinks or their service would be 5 stars. Would not stop here again. There is indoor seating but it did not feel welcoming overall.

I’ve had the most fantastic drink here once. Followed up the next three drinks with subpar, flavorless drinks and hard boba. the reason for the low rating truly is due to the inconsistency. I’ve ordered the same drink every time and it’s never been the same upon them making it.Looks pretty enough

First time stopping in here. Wish I would have stopped a long time ago when they opened. Great atmosphere and awesome service! The ladies working today were great! I had the Vietnamese coffee and my wife had the Mango/kumquat Boba tea. Her tea was amazing and I have never had Vietnamese coffee until now and WOW is all I can say. I will definitely be back every time I stop at Ka'makana Ali'i.
